The Hotel in itself was good, just on weekends there’s a disco or club in the area that blasts out music until 4am!!

Front desk gave us an excellent recommendation for an authentic Paella at Secreto

Decent hotel if you’re just passing through, but not the best for sightseeing or a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, but the breakfast is pretty limited, and the hotel sits in the middle of an industrial area—not much around. Not as close to the airport or downtown as you’d expect, so getting around takes time. Also, traffic noise at night can be annoying. Fine for a quick stopover, but probably not great for a longer stay in Madrid.

Convenient hotel to airport and for exploring the local area

The property was okay. Very clean. No AC systems. It was a little bit hot but opening the windows made it okay.

Nice place, though cost €45 to get from airport to here as a family of 5 (not the hotel’s fault of course). Very friendly and helpful staff. Air con didn’t seem to work in the rooms, very warm at night even in early April and the windows being open wasn’t a great option due to proximity to the airport.

Apart from the tv had a damaged screen which would not have been seen by cleaners the room was clean and tidy athough no Tea / Coffee in the room .

When receiving breakfast I was asked to pay during dining service versus at the end of checkout. It was very unprofessional and they should have waited to end of service.

Clean and simple décor , polite and helpful front desk. The hotel was to far away from the center of Madrid . Cost 25 euro's the cheapest each way to get into town , 350 euros more could have gotten me a hotel in the heart of Madrid .

A very clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly staff and the hotel's restaurant is pretty good. Just the area around it is not optimal, vey few transportation options

Everything was fine. The property is nice. The pool closes early - 8:00pm. Should be open later. They also require a 20 euro deposit to use the required pool towel. Shouldn't require a deposit. But overall, we had a good experience.

This is a great hotel at a great price. I was nervious about some reviews saying its in an industrial area and far from everything, it is true if you don't have a car, but renting a car might be a great option as there are lovely towns near (10-20 minutes away) that you can enjoy lunch or dinner like Alcala de Henares, home of "Don Quijote de la Mancha" or Segovia (1:30 hrs away), Avila (home of Teresita de Jesus de Avila)... and many more. I will definitely comeback here.

Too far from everything. There’s nothing around. It’s all an industrial area. Too far.
