Too expensive but that’s the tourist season we’re in. It should be $100 a night.

Well appointed rooms for the price as well as good location. They had no hot water due to the storms. While I understand the unexpected nature they should have reached out to indicate the issue and offer same day cancellation to allow people to find a place with hot water. They didn’t offer anything.

Capri Motel provides excellent customer service and a clean, nicely appointed room at a very reasonable rate. I will book my next stay in Niagara at the Capri Motel.

Our stay was at the Capri was perfect! Five stars all the way! Very clean , beautiful park like setting . Hope to come back again.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and updated. We were comfortable and the area was quiet. Plenty of things in the area for food, gas, etc. Would stay again!

I wasn't able to control the a/c and it got a little chilly. Other than that, all was very good.

This is my favourite place to stay when I visit Niagara. I feel safe, as there is excellent outdoor lighting and security cameras. The staff place a priority on cleanliness, and are so cheerful and pleasant!

All good. Just what I needed. Low cost, clean room, air conditioning and parking. Plus a good shower and a comfortable bed.

Good clean motel just off the highway. Relatively quiet considering location (water pipes a bit noisy though). Limited amenities but fine for one night stay

I would highly recommend Capri Inn. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size (for 4 guests). The location was perfect for our traveling needs (near Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, The Glen and more). There are wonderful restaurants near by for various palettes as well! There is free parking. A coffee/tea maker and a small refrigerator are in the room. A continental breakfast with a few choices and microwave are available.

Would have been 5 stars but was told no showers due to sewage issue with no compensation offered.

Check in was quick and the gentleman was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean. We had everything that we would need for our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Enjoyed our brief stay at the Capri Inn. The rooms were very clean and updated. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful upon our arrival and when we departed the next day. I would recommend the Capri Inn to anyone staying in the Niagara region.
