Nice location, great breakfast, pool area and easy beach access.

Lovely hotel set in pine forest. Easy to get to quick taxi from airport. Nice rooms if a little small. Good facilities and lovely Espa toiletries. Little stroll down to a rocky beach in a cove. Lots of good walks either a bit rocky on coastline or a great path around the area. Nice food. Pleasant staff. Bus stop easy walk to and has access to many routes only 10-15 mins bus to Pula centre with charming little bistros cafes and sights.

There is nothing that you don’t like about this property. This hotel is very well managed with professionals, friendly, and guest oriented people and of course, a lot of choice what to do for everybody.

Beautiful property with access to a small pebbled beach shaded by huge trees. Very close to the Pula aquarium (worth a visit) by walking path. Meals had lots of choice, buffet style. We thoroughly enjoyed this resort.

Very clean and the staff were just wonderful. Parking can be a bit hit and miss as they're are just not enough spaces. Some guests park in really inconvenient places and cause obstructions for others to navigate.

Amazing place and great hotel!

Family of four stayed in the annex building with two bedrooms. Very convenient space. Quite busy, and beach space is extremely small.

This was a lovely hotel, well equipped with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic - fresh food and plenty of choice. Pula is a 15 min bus ride away - or €10 uber ride. Plenty to do in Pula but good to get back to the hotel, with its pool and easy access to the beach.

This hotel was a great bang for the buck. The room and facilities were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Great experience. We will go back.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous service staff were amazing in all areas. Our room was overlooking the pool and immaculate with lovely towels & comfortable bed. The restaurant buffet both at breakfast & evening meal was fresh lots of choices & plentiful. I am celiac and they catered for me both in the restaurant & at the pool bar, gluten free breakfast items available in all areas including croissants & an array of breads with a gf toaster at breakfast as well as lots of meats cheeses & fruits.the pool area is immaculate and a short walk down the path there is a small rocky beach. We had a fabulous couple of days here, would definitely stay again.

Basic, clean and excellent breakfast!

We stayed for 5 nights at the Park Plaza Arena , the room was an average hotel size it lacked drawers or shelves for clothes but we made do with what there was. I would have liked an iron too. The bed was large and comfy and the shower was good. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. The food at night was ok not a great deal of choice but you could always find something, it would have been good to serve crackers with their cheese and there was never any ice cream . Breakfast was good. Service for drinks could be slow. The hotel didn’t have entertainment .

I’m sorry you need better staff.
