Great property for a family vacation. The staff is very kind and great hosts. We chose half board, and while it was nice to have dinner at the hotel, I would have liked to have tried the many nearby walkable restaurants. We felt guilty for not using what we had paid for. I'm just putting that out there for those trying to decide on breakfast or half board (dinner only). Pool towels are available.

Amazing breakfast, lots of choices. Very clean hotel in a nice setup, few steps away from the sea beach.

A very reasonable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Carpet on the first floor needs replacing. Price seemed a little high, but it was busy season.

Great hotel in Medulin - easy beach access , nice pool. Maybe only add a bit more pool loungers around the pool

Very clean, comfy and friendly hotel, a great location. We had a lovely break, also the breakfast and evening meal were very nice with lots of choice.

Basic hotel, good located for a couple of days exploring the area. Nice size pool. The hotel is quite large, therefore could be very crowded, and during holiday season there are lots of families with kids. One thing they could improve is that the lounges by the pool are being "reserved" from 6 am. Meaning that people leave their towels there in the morning, and go back to their rooms and maybe show up again at 11am. meanwhile other guests are not able to find empty lounges. I know this is more about the guest than the hotel management, but the hotel could enforce a policy to avoid this to happen

Breakfast and dinner very good, one of the best locations, easy access to the beaches and boulevard, parking lot right in front, gentle staff, clean rooms, definitely we would back again!

The hotel was nice. It was odd that the front desk acted as if we wouldn't be able to stay unless I was able to find the email from hotels.com on my phone and email to the front desk staff. The room was a big dated but very comfortable. The best part of the property is the pool and location to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was good. Overall this was a nice place to stay.

I was really impressed by the efficiency of the check-in process. We arrived sweaty and tired after spending the day in Venice and then driving for a few hours. The lady at the check in (Ines) did everything at a lightning speed, in under 2 minutes (verify passports, write down guests' info, issue room card and dining card, etc). Very helpful after a long trip!

Very nice hotel, in a very nice country-side / port side atmosphere. Plenty of food options in the nearby local town / sea-front area. Public transport stop to Pula (the local town) is right outside the hotel which was very convenient (although the bus itself is small and gets overwhelmed with tourists so you'll have to go early for it) The hotel was very well looked after and clean - and the half board option was excellent value for a good evening meal when you get back from a day out. The staff are very nice and genuine (example: we arrived to hotel 5 minutes before the evening meal buffet ended, and lady on check-in prompted us to leave our luggage with her to avail of the evening meal before closing time) Negatives are: - sound proofing between rooms is poor - there is no tea or coffee available in the restaurant for the evening meal (although plenty of soft drinks, beer and wine) - check-out at 10am is a bit early for lazy holidaymakers - the children's entertainment is finished when schools are back on - it would have been convenient if the playroom was at least open for people with toddlers

We stayed for 5 nights on half board. The food was good and the free wine, soft drinks and beer with the evening buffet was a bonus. We found plenty of things to see in this area, Pula is only a few miles away. The hotel pool was great and plenty of loungers were provided

Perfect place for sunbathing & relaxing. Medulin beach is very near and it's better place for chilling than hotel's poolside. Breakfast and dinner are good, just try to avoid queues. Dinner includes free beer and wine.

Service is excellent. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. However, the building and rooms are a bit old. A facelift would significantly improve this hotel. Also, the location is excellent. Food is exceptionally good. Overall this place is gives an excellent value for your money.

We booked two rooms for a short two night gtaway. One of the rooms the AC was not working properly and the tv remotes batteries had leaked acid all over the table. The other room the tv would not work at all. We went to the front desk to ask for assistance the first night and were told no one could fix the issues until the next day but everything would be fine when we returned from sight seeing the next day. Unfortunately this was not the case and we were told once again no one was there to fix the issues. Also, the wifi in the rooms is too poor to connect to email or send messages but the lobby's internet was usable. Pool closes early so please consider that when booking with family but there is nighttime preformaces and entertainment. Overall we loved the area but the hotels service and lack of responce to complaints means we will be finding a new hotel fro future stays.

This place has it all...but maybe you don't want it all. This is a resort with all the fun, fun, fun, of an all-inclusive resort. Loud party music interfered with my reading and we didn't make use of any of the facilities, but if you are looking for fun, fun, fun, this might be the place for you.
