Bugs in room, wanted to get refund would not allow

Was here for super cross.The only actual complaint I have is the pillows definitely need to be updated other than that everything was perfect no real complaints, building is nice,Close to AT&T stadium almost a straight shot. Nice staff had four different people and all were nice and there to help. I would definitely either be back next year or if I’m in Dallas again.

Very clean and well kept. Employees were polite and helpful. Great breakfast, close enough to DFW, great shuttle drivers. Walls between rooms could use more sound insulation.

Excellent

The rooms are super quiet. I never heard anything outside my room. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Good choices. The shuttle service is great and runs to the airport from the hotel every hour, 5a-midnight, I believe. So you need to plan accordingly on that. From the airport, you need to call reception to pick you up. I couldn't figure out how to get into the pool/hot tub area.

It was very nice and very quiet and very polite staff

Only complaint that I had was the shower head didn’t work. It didn’t have much pressure so it was hard to wash your hair etc.

Went for a Dallas cowboys game for a night & it was a great stay. About a 15min drive. They do offer shuttle to the stadium extra charge. The room was very spacious, clean, breakfast was good. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

We loved that the hot tub was open in December and the breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel and great staff

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok hot and basic. Check in was smooth. They did charge a 25.00 incidental fee but did return it back to the card after we checked out. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of parking.

The breakfast was superior, including the coffee. In the staff always willing to help and help with a smile. We very much enjoyed our stay.

To start off with when we arrived to check in the gentleman at front counter told me that even though I paid in advance for the reservation they gave my room to someone else because they were having plumbing issues and gave me a 1 bedroom when I had booked a 2 bedroom. When we entered the room it had an old funky smell to it . The pull out mattress from sofa had an old sheet with feces and stains on the sheet ( not sure if they were from rodent or human ). I had to go sleep in car to allow my daughter to sleep in bed with my wife . I really hate to leave negative reviews but I just needed to let them know how bad of a trip this was because of these issues with room .

Hotel in need of basic repairs. Beds and sheets are not comfortable, bed pillows are square and the size of throw pillows
