Strategic location, just go back and forth to Myeongdong and MTR which is just a step from the hotel.... Very very good.

Booked a big room, but was given a smaller than expected room at level 7. When asked what happened, she said I got a similar room at level 2. Asked what is the difference, she said oh level 2 got bathtub, level 7 no bathtub, I asked shouldn't they give me the one with bathtub? Level 2 room is noisy with street noise, level 2 seems newly renovated, level 7 looks old and with bad smell. Requested a change to level 2, she said only 1 time, no more change.

The hotel was just okay. The location is good — near the bus stop and train station, and the night market is across the main street. However, if I come to Seoul again, I won’t stay here. Why? Because the receptionist was quite snobbish. The way she talked, her tone, and her facial expression made it seem like she was annoyed with us. I don’t know if it was racism or something else, but it was an unpleasant experience. To all Malaysians out there, there are plenty of other hotels that provide better service than this one. We are paying customers — we don’t stay here for free to be treated like that 😌 Be better!

The room is super spacious. It looks like an old hotel from the outside, but everything is just fine inside, just across Myeongdong shopping street and near the subway line.

It's the best located hotel in Seoul as just directly opposite to Myeongdong. The metro is just 300m away. The hotel is so clean and very quiet stay. Besides, convenience stores like 7-Eleven and G25 are so near. I highly recommend this place as everything you need is just walking distance.
