Bedding wasnt a clean as could have been some marks on bed linen and for a double bed it was uncomfortable as it was two single mattresses put together and was not very pleasant to sleep on. However the spa was perfect and very clean and modern with good sauna, steam and jacuzzi with strong jets. All food very good and Breakfast was perfectly served. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Excellent room, nice outside space not private but a table and bench, pool and spa was lovely all clean, nice outside communal area, we had food in the bar that was lovely, breakfast was great. Will definitely return

Had a nice stay here, was quite disappointed the pool table doesn’t seem to be there anymore. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad. Breakfast was quite limited. Other then that the food was nice, hotel is lovely and staff were friendly

The room was clean, cozy and inviting with lovely views over the golf course. The bar and restaurant was superb with great service from the whole team. (especially Theo who wished me happy birthday and was very kind and attentive). Our visit was lovely, despite heavy rain and I am really glad that I chose to spend my birthday there. Many thanks

The facilities were great and definitely the highlight of the stay. However, the reception staff came across as miserable and unwelcoming, which let the experience down. The room itself was very basic for the price, and overall it felt overpriced despite the good facilities.

Clean room and good breakfast in the morning. Gym and spa facilities were good though the gym is small so avoid peak times.

Beautiful country house hotel. Room was furnished to a high standard and felt luxurious. The vast grounds the hotel were beautifully kept and the whole experience was a definite 'WOW'! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We did not use the spa as we were only staying briefly, but we did see it and it was very inviting. We would definitely stay here again - but for longer next time!

Receptionist wasn't particularly helpful on arrival. Arrived at 7pm and told the pool and restaurant both shut at 8.30pm. Room was large but bathroom was small and dangerous getting in/out of the shower as a result. Food was good in the restaurant however. I don't think this is suitable for business travel unless there is an event taking place.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was nice, bit on the basic rather than luxury end. The main cleanliness issue was the bathroom where the floor clearly hasn't been hoovered or mopped in a while. We chose it due to the pool area, which had good upkeep but it was busy including with noisy kids jumping in which made it less relaxing. Overall good but won't be back

Staff very good 👍 A wedding was taking place so very loud to the early hours .. to be expected however … was not made aware when booked ? Although the room was ok the bed was uncomfortable and low quality pillows .. they could be upgraded .. the room rate didn’t really meet expectation .. for a deluxe room complimentary water would be a nice touch !!

Fantastic overnight stay with health spa facilities used too. We a frequent travelers from Gatwick and will definitely come back here
