The room was lovely, great view!

The room was clean and well-kept, with a great location just steps from the beach and restaurants. However, street noise was noticeable—people talking outside could be heard clearly, as the window was close to the sidewalk.

I had a terrific stay with friendly swift checkin and checkout experience. The room was spacious, cool (I only put the aircon on once during the heatwave) and comfortable. It was spotless. I appreciated that coffee pods and other amenities were refreshed daily by friendly cleaners. The view is stunning and catches the sunrise. It’s a great location in Kingscote: Drakes grocery store is 2 mins walk and the jetty about the same and there’s a range of restaurants to choose from. Great value for money.

The view is great. Central location, walkable to restaurants and gift shops.

Our stay was great. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Booked last min as other accommodation fell through so it was pricy but very lovely room and nice staff.

Room was spacious enough and clean, with a nice view of the ocean. Staff could have been a bit more helpful and attentive but overall a decent hotel for an overnight stay.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were cosy. All and all great place to stay

One positive was the very friendly front desk staff. The room was ok, we had no hot water during the stay, the hall lights are always on and shown through the room door during the night, which was annoying. The food wasn't great either. The hotel itself seems old, the carpets well worn, etc..

Lovely spacious apartment,with laundry facilities.only downside was had an extremely poor shower...no water pressure only a dribble!!!.Did report this so hopefully sorted for next guests. Great sea front location.Great meals in restaurant 2 min walk to start of parkrun and tidal pool.Lovely coastal walk from hotel to bay of shoals vineyard

Good place to stay for access to cafes, supermarket etc and easy to get to any part of the island by car
