Friendly staff, great room and a great location to explore the region.

Excellent property from the greeting on arrival, beautiful room, friendly owners and staff and nothing was too much of a problem. Then to top it all off, a very impressive breakfast. I will be staying there any time I am visiting Ballina.

The room was beautiful. The staff were lovely. Coffee machine was in the room, very much appreciated. Walking distance to a range of cafes and restaurants, the supermarket and water. We would stay there again and would highly recommend.

Everything is prefect. Fresh breakfast is a bonus. Thanks for keeping the hotel in a great condition.

Spotless, friendly and comfortable

Lovely place to stay for the weekend. Hannah and the staff were so warm and helpful and ensured our stay met all our needs. Beautiful breakfast on the deck each morning was a bonus too! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor , It is charming, close to town ,very clean with a comfortable bed, breakfast and the staff were great would definitely recommend The Ballina Manor Boutique.

Easiest check in experience, friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom. The room was so comfortable, even the carpet felt good under our feet. Will definitely return.

Great facilities very clean nice and quiet

The breakfast at the Hotel was magnificent, a great choice of cold buffet food. The Hotel is a beautiful old colonial building restored to a high standard. There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful.

Check-in process was easy with detailed instructions provided. Room was clean and provided all amenities. Beautiful building.

Beautiful old hotel,clean and lovely breakfast

Rooms immaculate, well appointed & beautifully decorated. All the little extras - fluffy robes, double showers, huge bath, ducted air con. Friendly staff& abundant continental breakfast ensures well be back again!

Just really liked it all and will stay again if available.

Really old style but excellent hotel. Shame the restaurant was closed for the winter as breakfast options were limited. Staff very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
