Con el desayuno tienes que tener cuidado ciertas cosas me enfermaron los huevos el tocino también te sacan tu comida antes de terminar cuando llegas a la mesa de vuelta alguien está usando tu mesa porque piensan que te fuiste realmente no me gustó

Outside of the hotel looks nice as does the lobby. The rooms, on the other hand, were left behind in the 1970’s. Don’t let the room photos fool you. They are small and in serious need of updating. And the carpet needed to be replaced many many years ago. Would also suggest getting some paint for the hallways and stairways. The staff were very nice.

Perfectly functional hotel for budget traveler looking for hotel amenities. And they stored bags (and did our laundry) which was helpful for our cycling trip around the lake. Restaurant was good. Easy to walk to town in a few minutes and some coffee/restaurant options within a block (NoSe was particularly tasty). The dings are that the hotel is tired and in need of some remodeling/updating. which made the small room a bit more uncomfortable. But for the price, worth it.

Staff was nice but one of the worst rooms I could have ever gotten. Loud as hell far and no elevator. I'd definitely not recommend. I think Expedia buys the least interesting rooms at this hotel.

Probably the worst shower I have ever experienced in any hotel. Zero water pressure. Totally unacceptable for a hotel with any stars.

Worst experience in staying in a hotel, I cant believe how poor the condition is. The noise levels wear unbearable, thin floorboards and walls. I could hear the other guests alarms go off 3 days in a row. When they walked above, it was as if an elephant was walking above. The room which i was given was a floor above the restaurant, however I could hear the shouting and clapping of guests for an event they were hosting which lasted to 10pm. Reception advised that dinner was being seved to 10pm, but when i went to the dining room I was refused to be served because of the event. Reception failed to communicate this and didnt know the event was going on, which meant I had to leave in the heavy rain to search for a restaurant that wasn't busy. The alternative as I was advised was to wait 2.5hrs to after 10pm to see if it was possible to be served post event. On top of this, they dont practice sustainability. I used a soap once to wash my hands, when i entered the room after housekeeping attended, it was thrown away and replaced with a new packet to open. The toilet roll which was also full had been replaced with a new one. The position if the window meant that guests in other rooms had full visibility into the room. Additionally, I had to carry my own 23kg suitcase up a small flight of stairs as they faul to mention that after you go in the lift, the rooms have a small set of stairs. No offer to help provided. Guests next door, shouted early with no regard for others. Appaling.

We've really enjoyed our stay here. The facility is well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Staff are very helpful.

We had no hot water. The hotel room was beautiful, with windows all around. We did expect hot water at a Radisson. The front desk was not helpful and just had me write my complaint in a book. Also, I booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, which now costs $25. Very dissatisfied!

Convenient to the center of Puerto Varas. However: We paid for 2 superior rooms - they put us in 1 superior and 1 regular room - a rip-off. I found the old motel smell very strong - it was cold when we checked-in and all the windows were closed. With the windows open the smell was less. The carpets were very thin - which felt cheap. The floor hadn't been levelled before the carpet was laid and there were some big dips in the floor. The heating had a will of its own - it could be cold and it wouldn't come on and on a mild morning it did come on. Breakfast was included and was average. Parking on the site was tight but we could usually get a space.
