Great location, lobby, hallways and for the majority of the room was super clean, we found some hairs in our bedding which was pretty gross but everything else was nice. The front desk charged security deposit for a service dog which is against the law and we still havent received back but didn't feel like fighting or causing a scene.

Excelente hotel, ideal para recorrer paseo montejo caminando, con cafes y restaurantes cercanos, asi como punto de encuentro para tours como el Fiesta Americana a una distancia comoda. El hotel es excelente para dormir y desayunar, con el bar 24hrs para bebidas o snacks. Importante mencionar que no es un hotel con alberca, gimnasio ni terrazas, pero en tema de limpieza, atencion, estacionamiento y ubicacion cumple de forma excelente; dando un gran valor por el precio ofertado. Volveria a visitarlo para eventos como el Maraton de Merida, o si solo lo uso para descansar por tarde-noches y recorrer merida y alrededores.

Wonderful clean hotel in a safe neighborhood. This excellent hotel has great staff and a delicious breakfast buffet. With nearby access to much of the downtown Merida area, we had a wonderful stay and everything was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband stayed here for 4 nights, one booked with Expedia and the rest with another group. He said the staff was super nice and friendly. He arrived at 11:00pm super hungry and they even offerer to help with the sandwish he got at the airport. Breakfast is until noon - which is great! The rooms are little small, but you dont really need a lot more than a clean room and bathroom if you want to see Merida! I hope to join next time!
