It was exactly what i was expecting

Rooms aren't serviced as a matter of course. On arrival there was no soap in the shower. I asked the next morning for my room to be serviced & to provide soap for the shower. I arrived at the hotel that evening to find the room hadn't been serviced at all. They made up an excuse about only having 2 people to service the rooms. Not good enough that you have to request for your room to be serviced in the first place without them then ignoring the request.

The room was okay. No fridge. The bottom sheets were too small for the bed. Ensuite cleaning could have been better. Carpets could have been cleaner. Advantage no stairs.

Friendly staff, room was clean and spacious with TV and comfortable bed

Very convenient stay We chose an upper floor room and that was very hot with only a fan and no air conditioning- the window was broken so we could not open it

A Clean room, bed was a bit too soft for us as we like a hard mattress. We took one of the accessable room as I am disabled. The bathroom has a low height sit in bath which lots of grab handles Loads of food choices next door and it is very busy

Room was filthy, walls dirty, mould and spiders all over didn’t get cleaned properly during the whole stay, asked for it cleaning after 2 days and it was like id asked a rude question. There idea of cleaning was emptying the bin but leaving the rubbish at the side of the bin, not making any beds. Remote and curtains were filthy too. Had to buy some wipes to clean the room. Carpet a disgrace too. Will definitely not stay there again, been itching ever since.

3rd time staying here because im disabled ive now tried the accessible room which was perfect. Great room lovely place where we would definitely recommend to others.

Although it looks tired, the overall up keep is good, good location, but it is the staff that make the hotel great!

Rooms are great value for money and well equipped. It is the staff which make this place great; Customer service is impeccable! Pet friendly! This hotel doe not have a bar or restaurant, but as it’s situated in a service station, there are plenty eateries in the doorstep. Great pit stop place to rest during a long journey.

Wasn’t too sure how the room would be as it was much cheaper than the other hotels. It was a cool room, the receptionist was very friendly.
