Very nice and quiet place to stay

The exterior and location are great, but the rooms are dated. The pool and Spa are very good. I'd recommend it to families.

Everything was fine, clean hotel, swimming area as well, basically nothing to complain really. If I would be picky I would say that the furniture was classic and there was no queen size bed but two beds joined. The staff so nice and helpful made our short stay really pleasant.

Wszystko by było idealnie gdyby nie to ze na śniadaniu w pewnym momencie z czterech ciepłych dań (parówki, jajecznica, bekon, naleśniki) dostępne było tylko jedno a panie które zamiast sprawdzać czy czegoś nie brakuje stały i patrzyły się nie wiem na co. Poza tym wszystko ok. PS. Jeszcze parkowanie 30zł dla gości hotelowych to trochę za dużo

Hotel was lovely, staff too, the parking was excellent, swimming pool,sauna, hot tub, steam room all amazing. The only negative I could find was that the hotel was located a good 20 minutes walk from the center of Zakopane.

Excellent service (the staff had this no-problem attitude - super positive) and fantastic free breakfast. No negatives. Rooms were not over the top but very clean, cozy and comfortable.

Beautifull hotel very close to city centre and Mountains. Staff is proffessional and very helpfull always try best to make You feel like You are most important as customer. Hotel’s SPA is the place worth of recommending for man and woman. Well quolified and proffessional staff will take a good care of You while You can relax. They also use the best quality cosmetics. I was very sad to leave this fantastic place !

Beautiful reception area and clean rooms, but the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable. I absolutely loved the heated floor in the bathroom, but the shower was weak and you had to squeeze against the shower wall to take your shower. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Room a little bit "old" in compare to hall but everything very clean and tasty

Heading to Krakow for a wedding my partner and I decided to head to the mountains and get a hike in the day before. I chose the hotel as the photos made it look like it was in the middle of nowhere, its not. However, we had a room at the back of the hotel and all we could hear was the stream at the back which was lovely. Walking from the hotel you can quite easily get to the main street with all the restaurants and also to the mountains. We walked from the hotel up Kasprowy Wierch (20km round walk with a 1000m elevation from the hotel) which has the most amazing views. Suggest starting earlier than we did as it gets busy
