Great hotel and location with a great bar area

Beautiful large room on ground floor. Beautifully decorated. Lovely large bath. Lovely relaxing stay. Good location with free parking. Had a lovely nights sleep. Helpful and friendly staff

The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!

Well appointed room. No tea or coffee making facilities in room but other than that it was a brilliant hotel

Lovely room large and airy very clean Reception and restaurant staff were very helpful Breakfast included a huge variety of everything Easy parking we felt safe Dinner was good although limited choices for vegetarians portions were huge.

Excellent value for money

Great hotel, big room and bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Only thing it said netflix on our TV remote but we couldn’t get it. Breakfast was quite pricy but fabulous buffet

Great location, near main highway but closure of road in front of Hotel was not disclosed that created additional travel time & hassles. Restaurant & Bar is fantastic ! Service and Help unbeatable. Rooms are large hence the one of the reason to stay. Heating system in room did not work for the two nights and three days, but management supplied a portable heating unit for our room. Would stay again when road way work is completed and heating system is working.

Only stayed one night but it was a really nice room and lovely breakfast

absolutely fantastic stay really clean and classy it felt like 5star,rooms were very spacious & everything what you need i.e fridge to keep drinks and chocolate cold.

The family room was simply amazing, the beds incredibly comfy, all the staff very friendly and the restaurant and breakfast really really good. Can't recommend this hotel enough

The heating was not working however staff covers very well. Warm ambiance and welcoming staff.

Really nice, modern and large room. Appreciated having English TV channels (bbc 1,2,itv1). Big bathroom, bath and shower was good for baby bathing. Popular place for the town, always busy bar and restaurant that looked very nice though we didn’t eat there. Was very close to the centre of Oostkamp which had a few restaurants and a small Carefore shop.
