The ambiance of the hotel feels like a 5-star rated hotel, but with no amenities like onsen or fitness room. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfy. As for the breakfast, it is the best as it has exceeded my expectations with sparkling wine, soft serve, etc., which you hardly find in other hotels. Highly recommended!

The staff can speak English so well, so don't be afraid if we foreigners need help from the hotel staff. Very polite and honest. Thank you. Going everywhere is very easy. Go to the subway station, it is near Susukino Station.

Big room, good breakfast and cheap price

The location is near the nakajimakoen stasion, but you have to take 3 stops from sapporo station, the hotel is really big, I love the lobby, the staff. the room is quiet big, even though the room is old but it's okay.. they have 2 entrance so it depends which way you came, you’ll find the closest door. so satisfying

Best service, spacious room, near shopping area and train station

We have a great stay in this hotel. Everything is good except it is a bit far away from City area. You have to take shuttle bus provided by the hotel only available until evening or catch train to go to the city. We booked the premium floor with good price. Room is big and facilities are good.

The rooms are quite spacious, views of city / mountain from room, near subway station, supermarket and city park.

The place is clean, the rooms are spacious. Close to everywhere, cool deh anyway, recommend really for you who want to Sapporo.
