The hotel building is like a dormitory, everything is old and moldy, poor soundproofing, can't rest, even if someone sneezes in the next room you can hear it

Big and beautiful beach and the garden as well. Staffs are friendly. I got a room with very a nice view. Highly recommend!

The corner room I stayed in was introduced as one of the most beautiful in the whole complex, but when I entered, there was a musty smell, the water smelled strongly of alum, and because there were many trees in front, there were also many mosquitoes. Let's go back to the beginning. The receptionists were not really friendly, guests had to walk to their rooms, so if you wear heels, it will be a bit tiring because of the slope. The restaurant's breakfast had few choices, the taste was quite unstable, but the staff at the restaurant were very cute.

I am very dissatisfied with some of the receptionists here. In the same segment, I see many resorts in the area doing that job very well. What I notice most is the musty smell and the alum smell from the water.

I like this room, spacious, comfortable and very airy. There is welcome fruit prepared when checking in (other rooms do not have it), but what I am most afraid of is that the water from the tap here is too alum-stained.

Phòng 2tr2 mà quá cũ kỷ, ăn sáng quá tệ mà phụ thu trẻ em 400k/ người. Khăn tắm thì vàng như giẻ lau chùi. Toilet thì ố vàng và có mùi hôi. Cầu thang máy thì hư. Từ tối đến sáng điện cúp 5-6 lần. Nói chung là hết sức tệ.

My first stay in this resort was 8 years ago and I kept coming back many time since then. However, this is my last booking with Romana! The room is not well design for noise cancellation but the resort organize anh party for anh group tour. They sing karaoke and make noise until late night. We cannot relax at all since 6pm when party starts. This is the worst ever experience and definitely never comes back to Romana. Good bye :)

Resort nên cần tái đầu tư, nâng cấp dịch vụ, đầu tư nâng cấp hơn món ăn, các hoạt động giải trí gần như không có gì; ngoại trừ không gian tương đối thoáng mát, nhân viên lịch sự, gần gũi, xử lý yêu cầu khá nhanh.

Bãi biển đẹp, trước tết ít khách lưu trú nên buổi sáng chỉ được chọn món.

Service is good, however breakfast is not delicious and rich.

Nice, friendly and helpful staffs. Almost 20 years but it has really good maintenance. Spending 2 nights here was a good choice with affordable price, good breakfast and clean room. The beach is not really clean but still acceptable because it's Phan Thiet.

A very bad mental experience. The cleaning staff uses the pool water to wash the rags. If the customer forgets money in the laundry, the staff will take it away. Management is always looking for ways to avoid. No respect for customers. Only good at apologizing. There is no satisfactory solution. Their business ethos. Makes me feel like they don't respect their customers

3rd experience here. Equipment is not new. In addition, the space and villa are still comfortable and separate.

I also considered many options in Phan Thiet before coming here, but seeing the Resort's image on Traveloka made a good impression, I booked it right away. And after arriving at the Resort, I was very satisfied with the reception and enthusiasm of the receptionists and staff of the resort, helping me have a very good experience, meeting the criteria of "resorting" here. Thank you everyone for supporting us enthusiastically when we came here, and we will definitely come back to Romana many more times !!!!

The room is a bit old, the air conditioner is not very good... the rest is ok

We booked the room for 3 adults, they gave us only 1 shampoo and 1 body soap. The breakfast beyond par and it 's not clean, the fruit full of bugs, the bread infested with many insect. Check in really terrible, first receptionist immediately told me if I had just booked in a few minutes and I told them how can she tell me that I told her why did not she check first. The receptionist was very awfully impolite and unfriendly.

Với một resort 4 sao thì thực sự là 1 nỗi thất vọng. Tôi book 1 villa 1 phòng ngủ và hồ bơi riêng, nhưng trải nghiệm chỉ tương đương 1 khách sạn 2 sao, thậm chí có những cái khach sạn 2 sao có lẽ còn tốt hơn. Tôi sẽ nói rõ tại sao: Buffet sáng cực kì nghèo nàn và chất lượng đồ ăn là dở so với các resort khác. Phòng ốc cũ kỹ với máy móc đã 10 năm tuổi trở lên. Máy lanh ồn ào dù đã điều chỉnh gió thấp nhất hoăc chế đô chạy đêm. Đũa mưỡng được nhân viên vứt ra kệ 1 cách cẩu thả, với nhiều loại khác nhau. Nhân viên nhà hàng cố tình nói sai sự thật để khách order nhiều đồ ăn không cần thiết. Tôi không tiếc tiền nhưng rất ghét lãnh phi đồ ăn. Đầu bếp của resort thực sự không phải là của 1 nơi có đẳng câp 4 sao. Phần lớn các món đều mặn hơn bình thường. Món ăn nhạt thì có thề thêm gia vị nhưng mặn thì vô phương. Bãi biển riêng nhưng không được chăm sóc cải tạo nên thật sự là boring so với các resort gần biển khác. Trong resort hoàn toàn không có chỗ náo để khách có thể chụp 1 tấm hình kỷ niệm về resort. Tôi đánh giá 2 sao là vì ít ra thái độ bạn tiếp tân rất tôt. Và trải nghiệm tại resort cũng chỉ có 1 điếu đó. Nếu ai muốn 1 1 resort 4 sao đúng nghĩa thì tôi nghĩ có rất nhiều lựa chọn khác vê hướng Mũi Né chứ không nên chọn Romana. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại cũng như giới thiệu người quen đén đây.
