The property description is a bit misguiding. The booking was breakfast inclusive, but there's no restaurant on premise. They rent a kitchen next door and just do room service. Given the area around itself is noisy, it is understood that the property will be noisy too, but some precautions could have been taken. Bathroom is a bit inconvenient too. It's clean but not user friendly.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe and gave us everything we needed. Thanks for a great and affordable stay!

dirtiest hotel and worst service

The stay was over priced for the service we got. Not a stay that I would recommend to anyone. The rooms were dirty and were not cleaned on the second day. They don’t provide water bottles in the room for emergencies.

Okay hotel in busy area, quiet at night but very limited for local places to eat

The hotel is located very near to Karol Bagh but in a area that is full of auto mechanics (car/motorbike/parts etc). So this place is dirty, crowded (everywhere in Delhi is anyway) and the roads are hogged with cars and motorbike (who come to repair/service their vehicles). Hotel room is big (really spacious) and I liked it as it was a group of 12 people who stayed there in 4 rooms (3 family, 1 single). But the beds and the bathrooms were no good. The bed was rock hard (very thin mattress), the bathroom we had an issue with the hot water. The hotel turns the heater off most of the time, you will have to inform them to turn it on to take a hot shower. We were there during the hot season so it was not really any trouble but it was a hassle to inform them. The food was good (rooftop restaurant) but the staff were always ready to cheat us for the beer (was Rs 50 on the bottle) but they charged us Rs 120 or Rs 150 or Rs 200 depends on who ordered it or how much they felt to charge. They also overcharged us for the food many times and we asked them to itemize it and then they will all go panicky about it as they know they have overcharged us and every single time they will return us the amount owed...More

The place kind of average. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Sometimes you have to tell them to turn the hot water in the shower.location is rather crowded.

Hotel Grand Park Inn gave us a comfortable stay in Delhi. The food at its restaurant was delicious and its facilities were good too! However, the heater was switched off at times. Hence, we had to inform them to switch it on, in which they did.

Need to tell them always to on the geyser for hot water and switching on the main A/C switch. Not very professional in this regards. Staff although is helpful.
