Place is super clean with very helpful and kind staff. The only thing I didn't like is a bit outdated furniture and it takes a long time to get hot water in shower. Overall, it was good and I wouldn't mind to visit it again

The staff were quite helpful and supportive.

Exceedingly clean, spacious rooms in a walkable part of the city, half way between Abu Dhabi Mall and Abu Dhabi Corniche. Also close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi which is a must see. So excellent location and highly professional staff, from the front desk to the pool on the 19th floor.

We had 1 one bedroom apartment booked which was apparently sufficient for 4 people however my husband ended up sleeping on the couch 1 night which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. The hotel eventually provided an additional bed. Although the apartment was huge maximum it can sleep is 3 people as there was only 1 king sized bed. If the living room had a sofa bed - this apartment would be sufficient for 4 plus people. We had to remind the hotel to clean the room one day as it had been left all day. One of the staff at breakfast - Karbana was extremely rude to both my kids, they had to ask 5 times where to get pancakes from she eventually pointed in the direction without even looking up. I asked her for a latte she told me she didn’t have any milk yet she was stood there pouring a jug of milk. I pointed out she was holding milk. She then agreed to bring me a coffee yet she carried on serving others with coffee and went on to set the tables. I asked her where my coffee was after about 15 minutes she had nothing to say. Was not apologetic another member of staff had to intervene and rectify the issue. Having said that all the other staff in the dining area were exemplary. Im not sure Karbana actually wanted to serve my family it felt like she couldn’t be bothered.

The property was very good and modern. The management need to streamline the checkin and checkout processes. Complex and time consuming

Best hotel in Abu Dhabi

Best thing about this place is the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Makes me want to go back here.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite for almost a week. Room and facilities were top notch. Staff was amazing, proactive, and went out of their way to be helpful.

In the heart of Bur Dubai and convenient if you want to visit the historical district or take a ferry across the creek and explore. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they have 24 hour checkin desk if you are flying in late like we were (after midnight). The property is a little dated but the rooms are spacious. The bed was a little hard for my liking and the shower's lacked hot water at times. One of two the main elevators was broken which lead to longer waits. Was told later there was stairs and a back elevator. There's a cafe/restaurant and a lounge of sorts on the ground floor. They also have a spa and a pool on the top floors but we didn't utilize those. We stayed only 2 nights and it was what we expected, not the most comfortable but allowed us to be around the area we want to see.

I have stayed in this hotel few times before and until may latest stay the hotel kept the same level of cleanliness, friendly/professional staff very friendly atmosphere. Great location. We are very grateful to all hotel staff. Please keep up the good work

It was a super stay at Arjan Rotana hotel

When I arrived to do check in, there was no non-smoking room in the hotel as what I observed! When I talked to the reception he said we offer the request but not guarantee. Then the guy offer to downgrade my reservation to a room that are deffernt but non-smoking. In that time, I rejected that and told the guy I will claim that to Expedia and he was not care about it. I taught him that was not proffecinal and his colleuge warn him and told him there is a room that what I reserved. After 15 mins talking and 15 mins waiting the room was ready and had a dish of fruit in the room to say we are sorry! Best,

The only thing I found unpleasant was that there was a sewer smell coming from the toilet in the room. Despite the hotel staff trying to fix it, it didn't go away.

A peaceful stay here. Apartment decoration and furniture could use a major upgrade, but the room was very spacious and guest services were friendly.
