They couldn't do our reservation, so waited 20 minutes . Restaurant staf gitbfood order always wrong ..Dirty bathrooms. We found soap from day before and long hair on the toilet seats . It out me off . Staff at the reception was lovely though 

Horrible experience. The hotel didn't honor expedia booking.
