Room was spotless, very well appointed, staff very knowledgeable and friendly

The location is excellent. Most places were 10-15 mins walk. Check in was easy as was check out. Loads of fantastic bakeries, coffee shops within a 5 min walk. Conveniences round the corner open 24 hours and chemist nearby

Casp74 is a well-set-up and super clean space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The reception team communicated effectively through WhatsApp and even sent a letter about the window cleaning schedule. The location is ideal—close enough to the action (just a 10-15 minute walk) but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. It's an excellent location and choice for our Barcelona visit, and we'll definitely stay there again!

Great place! Very clean with lots of additional towel and pillows. Plenty of cup, plates ans cutlery. All kitchen appliances were very clean and left with some dish clothes, washing tablets. They think of everything

This place had everything we needed. We traveled as a family with 2 adult kids, so the spaciousness was the key. The staff members were very kind and helpful. We'll come back again!

Well located. Excellent service and communications from staff. Some of the bedrooms were quite small. Easy to get taxis.

The entire apartment was spotless and clean. Cabinets were stocked with clean dishes and room included free bottle of wine.

Great location with a coffee shop and 24/7 grocery very close by. This is also a 20-25 minute walk to La Boqueria Mercat which is a must see. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Reception personnel are very nice and helpful. The apartment is not sound proof so if you’re very sensitive to sound, like a car passing by, then it’s something to think about. It is not a noisy/party area so no issues with that kind of noise. We enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely book here again if we come back to Barcelona.

CASP74 was such a lovely stay. This was a last-minute booking due to a mix-up from a different company, but they were able to accommodate an early check-in, as well as had a crib ready in our unit. The building is very centrally located, making exploring and sightseeing easy. The unit was clean, with a stocked kitchen and an in-unit washing machine.

Very clean apartment with comfortable beds. More importantly the apartment was in great location with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes.

Great apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen. The lounge is really big with a nice rug, so perfect for toddlers running about and playing with toys while we got ready. Only issue we had is the main bedroom isn't really big enough for the cot - it blocks all wardrobes. And the 2nd room doesn't have wardrobes - they're in the hall. Didn't cause us any big problems for 6 nights, but would have been difficult if we were there longer. It was great to be able to whatsapp exactly what we needed from housekeeping, and they make a good effort with recycling (different bins). Location was brilliant - loads of bus options, and most things walkable. Really recommend this place!

The stay was great everyone is helpfu at the reception, if you need are big group they can call taxi for you in minutes don’t wast your time on apps, the property is walakaae to everywhere close to public transportation, One small thin was a funny smell in the apartment, I think next door was cooking I assume other than that everything was perfect

Stayed here for a couple nights with my family of 4. It was nice to have the extra space with the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living room and laundry was a plus. It is located in a safe area and easy to walk to restaurants and tourist areas. They also provided a welcome bottle of wine. Check in and check out was easy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great stay.
