Was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Everything was good, friendly personel, breakfast was great. Totally recomend it.

Probably the worst holiday inn I’ve stayed out throughout the country. Was dissatisfying. Our room had empty soap bottles in the shower. The room still had other people’s hairs and such around the bathroom so it wasn’t cleaned very well. Breakfast in the morning sucked. Pancakes were thin and tiny, eggs were the same. Super small area to get food so people are just packed in trying to get food and was just not good. Also their breakfast only had a few choices unlike other holidays inns that had many different choices. Will not be returning.

Need better grab and go snacks

Staff was kind. But I would suggest you call ahead. As we were not warned an event was happening there. Very noisy guest above us and next to us. It would be nice to place people with children in the bottom floors. We wanted peace. But we hardly got any rest. We were disappointed by our experience there.

Ridiculous you have to pay $10 to park overnight when you already are paying for a room. Husband is handicapped or I would have parked off-site. Check in was not smooth sailing. Nighttime was extremely noisy making sleep non existent .Room was very clean.

Great customer service and staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast was great! Overall we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean!!That's a plus for me!!!!

Not close to food or shops, but otherwise nice.

The hotel is very clean and maintained, furnishings and carpets all very nice and updated and clean. The bed wasnt overly comfy, not very soft just kinda pokey and springy. But decent room and stuff. The clerk when we checked in was very friendly and nice. The worst part was breakfast. It's all crammed in this tiny room and everything was super dry and cold or just plain out. We were all in each other's way trying to get anything. Just not the best breakfast very disappointed in it.

Clean, quiet (except the AC units), breakfast was fine. Many options. Their egg things aren’t very good, but that isn’t unusual for a hotel. If want a nice egg or omelet breakfast, go to a restaurant.

Staff friendly and helpful

The accommodation felt clean and well-maintained. The bedding was soft and clean, making it comfortable, but the bed was too soft that my back hurt in the morning. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, but the traffic noise was quite loud since it was right next to the freeway.

The bathroom fan wasn’t working so it definitely steamed up the room quite a bit. The service was excellent. The breakfast was ok, their pancake maker was down so the kids were sad.
