Very good experience staying here.

We loved the hotel and our spacious family room. Only issue during our stay was that they bombed the hotel with an intense perfume which made the common areas unbearable as the smell was too strong. Otherwise I'd have given it 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel with lovely, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, great amenities.

We loved our stay here. Reception was extra helpful, and our room was quiet and comfortable. This spot is a bit of a walk from the old city, but worth the trip.

Family stay in two rooms. Good views, clean and spacious rooms with good breakfast (for a supplement) location good for substantial walk to town. Taxi service was poor

Located up the hill away from the old town, this hotel is perfect for those wanting something away from the hustle and business of the centre of Bilbao. Taxis into town are readily available and can be picked up for the return from many ranks around the city (except during a thunderstorm as everyone stays away!)The staff are wonderful and friendly. Gluten free options for breakfast are plentiful

Quality of the room, and especially bathroom shower etc. very high. Outstanding breakfast.

Air conditioning isn’t working very well in the hot weather.

This property is conveniently located just outside the old city area with a city bus stop right outside the hotel and the tram a short walk. Big shout out to the front desk for getting us into our room early was we arrived from an early morning flight at 11am!! The breakfast buffet was fantastic- I highly recommended it! The staff stored our luggage at the end of our stay and was very helpful with recommendations !
