Front desk staff I had to deal with was not welcoming or friendly at all. Almost seemed annoyed we were there, and would rather continue using their phone. When we showed up, didn't even acknowledge us at the front desk at all for a few minutes then no greeting or pleasantries at all.

Pleasently surprised at how nice and clean the hotel was.

Very friendly staff, the room had everything we needed, and plenty of delicious food at breakfast.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous. It ranks right up there with the Hilton hotels.

Wish there was more fruit on b-bar. Otherwise, awesome!

Nice, comfortable stay. Great breakfast.

The remote that controls the automatic window blinds was not functioning in room 216. Probably dead batteries. Heating and cooling system was a little confusing.

Very pleasant, they also gave me water when i checked in which was nice

Hotel was super clean. The dogs were all well behaved. There was no noise at night, one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The Mexican restaurant nearby was phenomenal! We found the 4th of July celebration to be charming. Great experience!

I was so excited for this hotel, but not quite as nice as the pictures. Still a good place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff

Loved the homemade coconut, macadamia cookies at checkout and popcorn and fruit water at checkin. Lady working breakfast very kind.

Great stay, fast check-in room was clean cant ask for anything else!
