Staff was kind, courteous, professional and attentive! The hotel was clean, but there were certain things that needed to be addressed in our room and in common areas, but way things to be fixed. Nothing that would deter me from staying again, as these were mostly cosmetic things that needed attention.

Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. Parking was pretty tight.

We stayed here for 9 days while in transition of buying our home. This hotel is fantastic. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is great and they the room service was excellent. I highly recommend this place for your next trip.

This was the quietest room we've ever had. We couldn't hear noise in the hall or outside like we do at other hotels!

Room was clean, with minor maintenance issues. The pool was great, but there’s no longer a hot tub (as pictured). Breakfast was a standout with hot foods, waffle makers, great coffee, cold items. Staff was friendly.

Hotel was great, clean, easy check in and check out, my only issue is I thought they had a hot tub but they did not have one and I was looking forward to it but all good otherwise

Staff was awesome and when I was confused on my charges the manager came over and gave me a better understanding

Rooms were clean, kitchen had all we needed for a 2 day stay. We loved the workout room, which had everything you would need while away from home. Front desk staff was very kind. Loved the breakfast!

I called Hotel to check that there was indeed a hot tub jacuzzi as pictured next to the pool. They said yes. There wasn’t. The only reason I booked hotel. Also, no coffee in the lobby. It’s only served during breakfast which ends at 9:30, sort of on the early side to not have coffee available for guests. Every hotel that I stay out has coffee and water available throughout the day? This is a first. They do have little coffee makers in the room, but they don’t have foam or travel cups to take it on the go? The fire pit area was also closed

The suite was amazing had a full kitchen and lots of space. The bed was comfy and everything was perfect 👌

If your into clean new and nice this is your place - and the bed is also fantastic- if your a coffee lover , they do a morning coffee at the bar and they charge- so NO free breakfast but a nice cup of joe is available- I would always GO BACK it was just so very clean and nice

Front desk was very welcoming, as well as other staff encountered. Room was exceptionally clean with wonderful amenities. Only one negative. Small Children running in the halls making so much noise in/ out of their suite, in the room next to me. Unfortunately, some parents don’t seem to realize or care that other patrons would like to have a peaceful stay.

Because my wife is confined to a wheelchair, we always stay in accessible rooms. Unfortunately, what many hotels promote as wheelchair accessible rooms are not. This room was wonderfully designed. Good job.

This is a hotel was once very first class but does need some sprucing up. The elevators are very slow and in general the hotel looks dated for the price.
