The room is very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the toilet spray is too strong. It makes my butt want to fly away with the water.

The hotel is conveniently located for traveling to tourist attractions. There are many activities around. A bit old but the rooms are clean and have many beautiful views.

It's okay for the price. The lobby is dirty. The rest is pretty ok.

The room with sea view is very nice. Clean and comfortable. The hotel swimming pool is suitable for children.

From the hotel, walk to the beach about 5 minutes. Check-in time is 3pm, clean room, swimming pool suitable for children. The waiting area for check-in is quite good.

Old room, degraded facilities not worth the price

Location is ok, but opposite the bar is a bit noisy. Soundproofing is quite poor, can hear outside conversations clearly. At 9pm there was no one at the reception, no welcome drink and no one came out to help with parking and check-in procedures.

To be honest, the price is not cheap, but the facilities are poor and extremely degraded. For the price, I would like to have a better service and place to stay. There's no spray nozzle to go to the bathroom, the air conditioner is a manual control. Hopefully the next time you return to the hotel it will be better

The room is too small compared to the 3m note on the app, I think the whole house is probably 20m. The room is small with a sea view but the glass door has a balcony. In addition, the photo shows a terrible experience when checking in at this place. In reality, there was a group of guests who had to wait until 3:30 to get their room. Not recommend everyone to choose this place.

Mình đã chọn Novotel cho chuyến đi cùng gia đình nhân dịp sinh nhật. Không gian khách sạn khá đẹp. Nội thất trong phòng nghỉ ok, view đẹp, nhìn ra Công viên Rồng & Vịnh Hạ Long. Mình sẽ còn quay lại đây.
