The Best Western Plus Larco Hotel is overrated. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day. Considering the cost of the tiny hotel room, that's nothing short of deplorable. You're much better off at a property in the middle of town that charges quite a bit less and gives you a lot more.

Rooms were clean staff were very friendly , the Buffett breakfast hot food was nice but was always on the colder side not very hot on the 4 days that we stayed, other food was very nice Didn’t use the spa , gym equipment was up to date and very good,

Room, location

Great value in this hotel. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, bar and restaurant. It’s not a central location however, it’s ideal for quick and easy airport transfers.

Great place for family, heated pool.

Our room was okay but the patio door wouldn’t open and, for some unknown reason, there was a metal cot set up in the room. The dinner offered was a buffet that was cold but, on the bright side, the breakfast buffet was better.

Used the parking. Very convenient

Housekeeping noise since 8 a.m. i paid 10 euros extra for one more hour but i received so many calls asking me to check out at 12 when I already paid to checkout at 1pm. Then housekeeping tried to enter the room. I ended up spending the whole hour answering the phone and explaining that I paid 10 euros extra for late check out. I also heart my food in the sharp shower rail. I took a photo and showed it to the receptionist.

Wonderful staff, great shower, comfortable bed!

The room was perfect to our needs. Except some problems that were later fixed in the sofa bed, the stay was exactly what we expected. The breakfast was just right. The hotel is next to a bus station, close to the sea and restaurants and even a cool hair salon.

Impressed by the staff they are very good, friendly & very welcoming. I wish they could open the pool a little bit longer at night but they allow guests to enjoy the pool lounge area. Near the beach that is also a plus,

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and location was really good- easy to get to Mackenzie beach or walk other way and see all the restaurants. Only downside is there is only one lift but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience!

Check-in was pleasant. There was an issue with HVAC, so I was assigned a larger room which was nice. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options. You can get to shops and restaurants in about 10mins. There is also public transportation nearby if you want to see more of the city. Overall, I'd stay again for the price.

Nice simple hotel. Bit out of the town, but that’s not a bad thing. Friendly staff and very clean.
