The hotel is the best in the area and feels like an oasis. Good service, great food, big and clean rooms )though we had to ask for a better one).

the room is old but very spacious. The staff is very welcoming and gentle. Especially in the restaurant

El hotel es el mejor de Osorno. La calidez del personal es notorio pero está con poco mantenimiento, muy básico en servíos amenities y desayuno para ser un 5 estrellas. Le faltan detalles de nivel que fue hace unos años. Está más como un 4 estrellas. Pobre desayuno muy básico

Lindo hotel, personal encantador..sólo deberian tener el servicio de restaurante un poquito más tarde...el resto fantástico.. Sobre todo las amenites de los pasillos..riquísimos.

Hotel was clean, room was quiet and big. Bed was comfortable. The parking was good. Free breakfast was great. Absolutely would stay again.

Beautiful river view, excellent food

We booked this hotel looking forward to using the pool. Thus, we both disappointed and surprised to learn it was not in operation as the hotel explicitly advertised the pool and did not mention it was closed either at the time of booking or during check-in. Front desk staff were disinterested and less than friendly or helpful. There was trash on our floor that stayed there the entirety of our stay. The shower barely functioned, with so little water coming out as it was hard to bathe.
