Very friendly staff. Car park a bonus, although we parked on the street as reception staff advised it was free and safe. Room very clean and having the small kitchenette was also a bonus.

The hotel is very basic but the rooms has enough space and a balcony which was great for the dog. The location is great, easy walking distance to Tours old town. The staff didnt speak much English but we manage to understand each other in Spanish. She was super helpful and welcoming

We ran late and could not reach the property and when we arrived the property was unattended. Luckily Expedia Customer Service agent was very helpful and we gained access inside the property and too our key which was left in a safe. Just could of done with an email from Property advising of this.

3 mins from the train station entrance. Loads of bus stops to go to city centre. Clean and simple rooms, kitchenette is very handy. My room faced the rail tracks which was not a very nice view but for a few nights it was fine. Be aware, reception is open only at certain times.

Overall had a lovely stay. Good location, close to the main train station and walking distance to the main sights.

Our stay was very short, but I loved the proximity to the city center and the train station. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the apartments and the complete breakfast option. The next time I visit Tours, I will likely stay here again and take advantage of the kitchenette.

Great aparthotel near Tours historic centre. Kitchen area really useful with crockery, kettle, microwave, job, fridge. Plentiful underground secure parking for the hotel on site with big spaces. Fitted our 4x4 fine (car park exit a little tight but ok). €10 parking. We had a balcony room but there is no furniture on it, would be nice to have a few chairs/table so you can enjoy the balcony. Bathroom is small, v typical in France, but fine for an overnight or few days stay.

Great place to stay. Very clean! Good location within walking distance to the train station (allowing you to see all the Castles in the region), the old town and restaurants. Our room overlooking the train tracks but had no noise disturbance. The staff were also very accommodating!

Good location for centre, large car park spaces in secure underground parking (note cars only under 1.8m tall) which was important as we were en route to Portugal with lots of items in the car, nice room with large balcony (airy, can open patio doors), personally I don’t like shower curtains & the bathroom was compact but the kitchen area did the job (microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery/utensils) & tea/coffee in the lobby. One night stay with kitchen area was perfect.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. Very close to the train station (a 6 minute walk) and to other sites in the city. Though the hotel is on the tracks, we never heard the trains, though we were on the street side. Loved our stay and would stay there again.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay! The reviews really don’t do this place justice. The room was a very decent size with a tv, air conditioner and desk. The bathroom was clean and kitchen had everything you’d need. Would happily stay again if going back to Tours!

I only stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The rooms have pans, cooking utensils and whatnot but often are missing some essentials like a spatula. There is no oil/salt/pepper, which is not unusual. My specific room was not cleaned. There was hair on top of the counter and the water pressure in the shower was poor.

Room space is big enough. Small kitchen basic equipment is complete. Hotel location is convenient.
