This is a very decent hotel with air conditioning, elevators, and a buffet breakfast (not included.) It is in a noisy neighborhood though, even with my window closed I could hear dogs barking and cars outside.

Perfect location to deal immigration meetings, good value, friendly staff and restaurant is excellent

The hotels website advertised a shuttle between hotel and airport, but this was not the case. Maybe there was an interpretation that i got wrong.

Hotel está bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones al lado y el baño es súper incómodo, está muy mal diseñado.

Clean hotel. Hot water for showers. Not the most comfortable beds, all though it was clean. No frills hotel, good for a trip that has you up and about all day. Centrally located.

The location is very convenient to see death parade. 7-11 store and banks are around the corner. Room is clean and parking is included. room #317 is big with two queen beds and two full bathrooms. Front desk answered me all the information I wanted. You have to pay for breakfast.

Hotel was good for the value. Staff was friendly. The room had an extra floor fan which was a nice touch. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better, there was hair on the side of the toilet and the towels were stained. Luckily I travel with my own towel. The linens were also stained with black marks. Overall, for the price it was ok and it was a walkable distance to Avenida Juarez.

Three days in to a five day stay, they replaced clean pillowcases with dirty ones, they replaced the sheets with holes with sheets without holes, and the replaced towels had holes, the hair dryer did not work, The room had no heat or air other than an oscillating fan with heater on a stand; the rooms/furniture are from the 60’s, other than a 10 year old televisión, probably have never been updated.

Everything was fine and comfortable. I have been coming here for years.

Food at the breakfast buffet was good and different every day personnel very kind.

Pro: The hotel is located in the historical center. Cons: The sheets are ok, but there was hair on the pillow, and hair in the cup The room key card fails during the stay and requires a reactivation at the front desk The neighborhood is not safe after night, a robbery happened right in front of my eyes (not the hotel’s fault though)

No Air Conditioning. Even though there were fans provided, the room remains about 78 degrees throughout the night. Other than no A/C the hotel is nice and very well located for sightseeing. Staff is very nice.
