Nikki that check me in was great! Very pleasantly and polite. Gave me all the info about breakfast and pointed out the vending area. Room is great and very roomy. Very clean and like that bathroom was stocked with i needed. Thanks

Upon going into the bathroom, the shower had 2 dirty towels still on the tub, the tub mat wasn’t put back in the tub, and the showerhead had water spewing out of it uncontrollably.

Extremely disappointed with how dirty and run down my room was. Front desk girl offered me a new room promising that was not their standard, only to be put in another room with a disgusting shower. I do not recommend staying here!

Comfortable bed very clean great value close to everything

Bed was comfortable . Staff were friendly and generally helpful. However I got a text that my flight was delayed by over two hours and I requested to stay a little longer past check out time but was told I had to check out at the set check out time. This is unusual as most hotels will let you stay at least an hour pass check if you need it.

When booking it doesn’t say thru are under construction. The front desk didn’t say they were having construction done until after I paid and it started around 5 in the morning waking me up out my sleep on the next floor.

Great stay and great lady at the front desk. Property was clean and I would stay here again when visiting Jackson.

Indoor pool was NOT heated. It’s November and we selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. My kids did not enjoy it. )-:

This is the third time my grandchildren and I have stayed at this particular hotel. It has an indoor pool which the kids are sold on. The staff are exceptional! They are so accommodating and after a long drive I was so thankful for wonderful service. We never want to leave.

It needs to be updated. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in 15 years. Also it seems like it could use a deep cleaning everywhere. The staff were polite but did not go out of their way to assist you.
