Love the hotel, food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, Roxanna and Aurelio made the best drinks! The folks at the front desk gave us the best recommendations to eat locally, and the beach view was amazing! Everywhere is walkable! Nos encantó el hotel! La comida estuvo deliciosa! Remember you’re on an island so there are certain things that you might have to adjust to, such as minor power outages due to weather or power surges on the island. We experienced a 4hr power outage due to bad weather but the staff were so accommodating and actively working to regain power to the property. Property is being constantly cleaned and sand raked, cleaning services to the room as needed. Beach club closes at 9pm So the property is quiet in the evening to allow rest . No tv in rooms, AC yes. Beautiful location, your own quiet beach in comparison to other boutique hotels. I’ve stayed here 3 times

Overall, our experience was good but not great. The staff were a bit rude and the service at the beach club lacked customer service. When we checked in, the bathroom window was open and the screen was broken so mosquitoes were coming on. On top of that, they were doing some kind of maintenance or something and the smell of spray paint was coming into the room.

Amazing location, food was great!! The only thing is that the pool is closed by 6:30 pm 😔

Me gustaria cuidaran el ruido hacia las habitaciones. Habia una especie de lavanderia cercana a la habitacion con ruido continuo en horarios nocturnos..para descanso. El personal debe ser un poco mas amable el del restaurante de la Playa, y debe haber estacionamiento mas accesible para bicicletas cercana al restaurante frente la playa, bebida de cortesia muy rica. si hace falta tv en las habitaciones. En recepcion si atendieron mis preguntas, mas falta un poco mas de calidez en el trato. Muy bien la vista de laplaya y el frente de la misma. bonita decoracion.

The breakfast is always very good! We have been to the dream twice now and have enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The location is perfect, breakfast was very good, rooms and hotel were kept very clean, but the staff were the best part, especially Javia!

1. Hotel is dated, looks beautiful on the web pictures but what a surprise once you arrive. 2. Provided towels are almost ready for the trash, some towels were stained, ripped, had holes in them. 3. Most of the time there was no hot water, sometimes like warm at best. 4. There was this horrible annoying noise like a pump or motor going on/off 24x7, when we asked the front desk what the noise was they claimed it was music coming from a bar behind their building…..really. 5. Breakfast/buffet was good, although could use some more variety. 6. Some of the staff were great, but some (front desk or beach restaurant) not very friendly

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and lumpy. More than one roll of toilet paper a day would have saved us from visting the front desk to get other rolls during our stay. Didn't like only having cold water to shower in. Pools would look more inviting if the bottoms were painted blue instead of the off-gray colour. Ladies on the front desk and the beach bar were pleasant and attentative. More sun shades over the beach lounges would be good and they would stop the birds from dropping their phoop on 'you' and the beach lounges. Breakfast was good; hot and a good selection of foods. Good central location to downtown and restaurants.

The hotel was nice and clean. Beach was very nice. The only surprise was no television in the room. The breakfast was quite nice.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we loved our stay. The beach service and food was amazing and the beach itself is beautiful. Shout out to Javi and Kevin!! They were amazing!!!!

Lovely hotel. Pools weren't having the best day but we definitely were not there for the pool. Excellent staff. BEACH was incredible.

Very nice hotel a big plus when you arrive for check In and they welcome you with a delicious drink. Very close to beach, outside pool very clean and surrounded by beautiful green areas. Room was on second floor a little tight but bed was very comfortable

First time visiting Isla Holbox and we were already talking about coming back before the trip was even over. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms temp was controlled by a mini split which allowed us to drop the temp at night. The serenity beach bar connected to the hotel was perfect for eating/drinking during the day on the beach. They served beautiful cocktails and really good food. The ceviche, tartare and guac were our favorites. Javy was awesome and so attentive while we were hanging on the beach. We even ran into him later that night in town and he gave us great local recommendations. Gonna miss him!! The location was perfect — right by the beach but also an easy walk to town and all the restaurants. Would 100% stay here again. Dream Hotel was great and Holbox is such a beautiful, special place. We will be back!

Queremos hacer una mención especial a Jorge en recepción, quien nos brindó un trato excepcional desde nuestra llegada, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y muy bien atendidos. También queremos agradecer a Leo y Juan, quienes fueron sumamente amables, respetuosos y atentos durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy agradable y recomendamos este hotel ampliamente. Volveríamos con gusto.
