Fantastic staff and excellent restaurant in the hotel. It's calm and quiet place with a lake right there.

Said they did not have our reservation and they were full, even though we had prepaid. They did help find a great place for us in Harburg.

The area is amazingly calm, staff are excellent and very helpful.. Breakfast is good.. The overall experience was excellent! I would definitely stay again there.

The room was fantastic, very large with comfortable armchairs both in the room and on the balcony. Food was excellent and the restaurant was busy both evenings. Staff were helpful and friendly to a non German speaking guest.

The building is away from any major roads, which makes it nice and quiet. With the big pond in front of the hotel, you hear the birds in the morning. The building itself is very classy with a good restaurant. You pick your own trout, which is than prepared for you, see pic. After discovering that I didn't fit in the shower (6.3 feet, 1.92 meter), they gave us a new room without a slanted ceiling on a the floor below. Stayed here when I couldn't get a room in Ludwigsburg due to a tradeshow - it is a great discovery, not far from the A6 near Sintsheim.

The service was excellent. We enjoyed the spa experience and the breakfast. Very spacious and clean rooms. Made for a very relaxing night for our family before driving to Heidelberg the next morning.

Great people, great room, everything else was average, but good for the area there

Irritationen beim Check-In zur Buchung, zur Zimmerkategorie und beim Ceck-Out zur Zahlungsweise. Wiederholte Bemerkungen seitens des Personals, wie schlecht das mit Expedia laufe, trotz meiner Hinweise, seit langem mit Expedia sehr gute Erfahrungen zu machen. Der Wellnessbereich war nur extrem eingeschränkt nutzbar. Der Whirlpool gar nicht. Am Ende ließ sich alles klären, zur Erholung trug das nicht bei. Beim Frühstück war der Kaffee kalt und bitter.

Superbedienung im Restaurant; Kellner (Ramzi) superprofessionell, freundlich, lustig, cool und speditiv! Bravo.

Vi trodde nästan vi var vilse när denna pärla på den tyska landsbygden visade sig, ett jättefint och mysigt hotell. Rekomenderar detta varmt till alla.
