Every staff who I met were so kind and nice. Spacious hotel space, clean and cozy room. Also swimming pool was good.

Staff was not helpful or kind. Property was clean and room was big. Nice gym and great breakfast buffet.

They should offer airport shuttle since the location of the hotel is way to far to the stores.

good location for airport transit

Everything was good but the air conditioning was off so I had to open the windows. Also, it is near the airport so you're gonna hear the airplanes passing by.

We were there just for a couple of nights. The property itself is really nice. The Mayfield Suites building was outdated and no concierge attendant. This would be my only complaint or criticism of our stay at the Mayfield.

Was a great stay would stay here again

My only downside, and is probably an Expedia issue, is they DO NOT have a shuttle to/from Inchon airport, only the closer domestic airport . If I would have known this I would have chosen a different property closer to central Seoul. Otherwise a awesome stay.
