No WIFI NO TV, STAFF IS NOT FREINDLY AT ALL, I go to the area every month, This place will never get my Business again.

Insufficient room in the cafeteria/breakfast for such amount of guests that I saw during my stay

Pretty good for the cost, but the hotel shares its small Peking lot with a restaurant and its own meeting space, which blocks the entire space. Other than that and the transit problems, it’s ok and convenient

After 1 hour in line for check-in, the bathroom was dirty, it had fecal matter that did not go, the room that was changed for me was not served by the outlets, the exit was marked at 1 pm, the ladies of the toilet were bothering since 7 in the morning, the shower did not have hot water when they were told in the reception room, they only told me "their comments are very important" but I did not even sign them up or fill a report.

Old and outdated property with very noisy AC units (missing buttons) and a clogged shower.

The hotel is not bad but the AC unit in the room did not work well and the room did not cool off until about 400 am

We picked this hotel because we thought it was walking distance from airport, how ever we had to take taxi to get there. When we arrived floor wasn’t clean and dressers had not been cleaned. Sheet had an old aspect. Offered 4oz complementary water bottle. They have water dispensers available downstairs

The room was not comfortable and the shower water was cold in the morning.

My reservation was cancelled 1 hour before I arrived!!! They charged me full price if I wanted to stay… What can you do for me? I need a refund!

Rooms are good, don't expect any quality service during check in.
