Check in was quick. Staff was super friendly.

It is a place that covers all of the basics. It is perhaps the most generic hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything is as "beige" and nondescript as possible. It is not bad. It is just that the hotel has zero personality. However, if you are looking for a clean, reasonably located place to sleep at night, then this hotel will do just fine.

The bathroom had a bad smell

We stop for one night on our way to and from our winter home. It is clean, convenient and easy

2nd time staying here. It was good again and dog friendly. Only problem was no hot water and it was cold that night. Mexico and their water issues. FYI it's 2024. Get it together already. It's just water. There's no shortage of it.

The reason why I booked this particular location is because they said they spoken English, but that was not accurate. They don’t speak English. There was one girl that works one of the three days that I was there that spoke some English, but then she just made excuses for everything and didn’t actually help me rent a car or do anything else so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re going to the convention center, and you speak Spanish.
