Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down.

Amazing stay with my family, the hotel is incredible. Ideally located for some mountain hikes, walks and biking. The spa pool is one of the best we’ve had in a hotel and the service was world class.

I could not have been more pleased with the personalized attention and excellence of the staff at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful in every way. The service was impeccable. The pool/spa is incredible and worth the stay itself. I hope to return again.

Every contact with the staff was friendly and professional, including the doorman, bellhop, reception and restaurant team. Service was top notch from all staff menbers who pay attention to details that differentiate this property from the competition (programmed cards for access the the propritary lift and ecards for access to municipal services, gourmet treats and champagne in our room, extensive vegan choices at meals). The suite itself was tastefully finished, functional, comfortable and well stocked with an outstanding view. We plan on returning for a longer stay.

The service is the best we have experience. We are speaking as those who travel around the world for our work up to 3 to 4 months a year. Everyone was attentive to our needs from food, transport to ski rental & lessons. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

Very good hotel where you find that everything is perfect. From breakfast to dinner, from cleanliness to room, from gym to spa... But if you want to be picky, I would say that breakfast lacks some vegetables, the mattress in the room is ok, the pillows are too soft... One thing that may be noticed is that they had only coffee-making facilities in the room, so I had to ask for some tea bags and a kettle... Besides those little things, all was perfect.

One of the best hotels in Switzerland! The interior design may not be up to everyone's taste but it remains harmonious. The staff is SUPER friendly, and there is no shortage of employees to look after you. The food is delicious, breakfast is fantastic (despite the Covid measures). They have a beautiful spa with all the water jets, jacuzzi etc, all very clean and spacious. Many restaurants, great bar area. You have to try their own private Tschuggen Express cable car, fun to ride. Hotel highly recommended!

The property and rooms were stunning and we were given an upgrade with a fantastic view of the mountains and town. The staff were exceptional and the massages were top notch. Would definitely stay again!

A superb hotel with a fantastic Spa. Location is great for the slips if you wish to ski, snowboard or Sledge. They even have a private express train to the mountain which is very handy. Food offerings are great and service to match, would recommend to anyone that wished to visit Arosa.

Incredible service and friendliness. Breakfast was treat and the spa and facilities are really special. Slightly out of central arosa but the hotel are happy to drop off and pickup as needed making a visit effortless. The front desk team even dug my car out of a snowstorm, ready for the journey home. The private lift to the slopes is also amazing. The whole stay was generally effortless and genuinely relaxing. Will visit again.

We stayed at the hotel during March for a 5 day ski break. The service was impeccable, especially in the ski hire shop. Great restaurants. Immaculate room. The bed could have been a little softer but that's a personal preference.

Amazing views, great location. The staff always happy to see you and help you. The hotel has its own ski lift that guests use with no extra charge. The breakfast was superb and the restaurants within the hotel were all great. All in all, a truly magical experience.
