It’s extremely out of touch! The entire hotel is old and out of maintenance. Broken doors, bedrooms super dirty specially the mirrors, the AC never works. Lots of people by the front desk complaining about the AC for 3 days. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and full of attitude. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

The hotel felt like I was at a resort very safe, very comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone.

An absolutely awful place to stay. The staff and views are stunning but EVERYTHING ELSE IS AWFUL.

Hace stayed at this hotel befare but for the first time, this time was placed on the road side and it was really noisy due to the traffic. I guess next time I’ll have to ask for a marina side room. Lesson learned.

Nice hotel, liked the staff needs a coat of paint but overall I would stay there again. Only negative really is the area you can’t walk outside of the hotel and would need a taxi to go to Beira Mar

Old, dirty, and ugly. This is a relic of a property and a most uncomfortable place to lay one’s head. Dirty, odd smells and questionable room appliances, this was a unique experience indeed.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel and staff were excellent. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good food and nice pool area.

Bom café da manhã, limpo e organizado, mas muito antigo!!! Precisa de modernização urgente. A foto da piscina me enganou!!! Como não conhecia Fortaleza, pensei ser de frente p praia e na verdade não tem praia. De frente p o mar é uma marina não me atentei à isso. Colchões bem antigos passaram do ponto de troca. Paguei 850 na diária dia de semana!!! Não acho q vale

O hotel está em ótimo estado de conservação o atendimento foi maravilhoso e o café é muito bem servido tem de tudo um pouco

O Hotel é bem antigo e já mostra os desgastes. Não parece ter recebido reformas recentes. Do outro lado da avenida tem uma favela. Fica longe da beira mar da Praia de Iracema. É necessário pegar condução para tudo. Só vale a pena hospedagem se for em alguma grande promoção

Ainda acho os móveis meio antigos, houve um vazamento no chuveirinho do banheiro do nada, que amanhaceu o banheiro alagado.. Mas no geral, boa a estadia. Café da manha completo. So um dia que ñ consegui nem achar mesa, tava lotado demais devido aos hospedes que estavam la de 17 a 19 de abril pro show de Guns que foi dia 18. Tive aue sair pra comer fora. Mas fora isso, muito bom
