Very good location and a decent hotel. Improvements in terms of furniture (old) and amenities.

Lovely hotel, very varied breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. Under the beds in the room had a lot of old food/rubbish, the rest of the hotel was spotless. Sadly the mattresses were rock solid so not very comfortable but good overall and especially for the price.

The room was good, but what stood out here was the amazing staff. Carmen at reception was amazingly friendly and had great advice. The food at the restaurant was also amazing. Try the Romanian traditional dishes for dinner and grilled vegetables. The service from Diana in the restaurant was superb. Lasty, be sure and order breakfast buffet! OMG - my Mom said was the best in her 78 years. Veggies, fruit, cheeses, meats.

Restaurant was great for both breakfast and supper. Very tasty food and supper was at a reasonable price. Room nice and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel...great location...water pressure in shower isn't good...breakfast was OK but orange juice isn't fresh...very clean & ok otherwise

While the location, service, and breakfast were certainly highlights, the facility itself felt a bit outdated. A refresh of the decor and amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's entrance was somewhat hidden and lacked a proper offloading area, which could be a minor inconvenience upon arrival and departure.

Good location to walk to the old town. Receptionist was rather blunt, but the other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a great location. Breakfast was average, checking was not courteous.

The people atbthe hotel were vey helpful withe the car park although they were full. Breakfast was good. The room had the right size. Through the mattress you could feel the wiring and ony having a top sheet instead of a summer duvet, for me was insuficient. What I liked the least was the water heater in the shower, no water pressure and jumps of heat. The towels were awful.
