Nice hotel in a good location. The staff was very helpful and nice. Steam room and sauna were clean and we had nice massages in the spa treatment rooms on site. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Excelent hotel!

We enjoyed the breakfast very much with fresh squeezed natural orange & pineapple juice. The beach front is beautiful and the best part is the staff at the reception, the restaurant and the house keeping. We also got free room upgrade.

The air conditioning was not clean which caused me to get very sick. It was covered in dust and mold.

Great location, service and amenities for a real good price.

Excellent choice and EXCEPTIONAL value for your money. Wonderful beach, I explored them all on the Island. Santinho is best for surfing and Ingleses for walking, running and even compact enough for bikes. This resort is ideal if you like to walk to services. The restaurant is wonderful, you don't need to go anywhere else. Safe.

Location is great. People are awesome. Leandro and everyone else are very professionals. We loved and plan to go back

This was a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little tired but the rooms are really big and incredibly clean. The staff, particularly at the restaurant are really friendly. The beach chairs and parasols are provided and staff are really helpful setting them up for you. In terms of location, getting the beach is steps away from the hotel. Supermarket directly across the road but you are a bit further out in terms of restaurants unless you want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was good - would be nice to have some dairy free/lactose free milk or yoghurts.

What a lovely place! The sea view suite is so worth it. You can lie in your hammock and watch the waves. Beach is steps away. The sand is very fine and the waves aren’t too strong to swim in. Breakfast was really nice - made to order omelettes and so much fresh fruit. Staff is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is an extremely nice hotel and worth every penny. The staff in all parts of the hotel are extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are romantic...the beach views from the upper rooms are beautiful. The restaurant is outstandind...excellent service and delicious seafood at a very kind price. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my dearest friends!

Overall, a really great hotel that I'd definitely recommend to enjoy the North of Florianópolis! Hotel is greatly located at north Ingleses beach right in front of the sea. Suite is outstanding, very spacious and has a nice view. Rooms are very clean and room service keeps it this way everyday. Good shower amenities too. Overall a very comfy room to stay at. Staff is helpful and do what they can to help you. Breakfast is delicious, with decent amount of options for all tastes. Hotel restaurant Canto do Mar also serves great seafood so you don't need to worry about going outside to eat. Hotel also provides a good beach service with beach chairs and umbrellas. You can also request drinks and food there, which is very nice, however service is sometimes slow and doesn't look at you all the time. Sometimes you have to go find them. Nonetheless, everything went really smooth and I'd easily stay again at Costa Norte Ingleses!

Very small hotel room, good on the beach location. Breakfast fair to good. Staff very good. Facilities just OK, room way too small for $200 per night US Ouch! Other issues Hot tub not hot, sauna & steam not working. Location great, Staff great. Still think price was too high even in high season.

This hotel is located by the beach, has a delicious breakfast, excellent staff that will help you with anything, and great amenities including indoor pool.

Staff all very friendly and nice grounds. Restaurant not consistent, first night we enjoyed but Saturday night with music was fully occupied by 7:30 and while staff was all very busy they could not keep up...otherwise our stay was a great value
