In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice.

This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.

The hotel is very causy- a nice mix between traditional and modern style. My 2 highlights were the outside sole bath and the half-board dinner which were both amazing. The family room was nice and spacious but unfortunately facing the main road so quite noisy with open windows. The bathroom was nice and clean too. However, for 4* I would have expected a more modern shower ie not in bathtub. Breakfast was great too with good selection.

staff at check in was excellent. Made me feel welcomed, gave me a tour of the hotel and pointed out the amenities, even brought up my luggage and checked me into my room. outstanding service.

The spa and wellness area is wonderful after a day of skiing with a heated outdoor brine bath with jets for every part of your skiing muscles and 5 steam & sauna rooms. It has 3 restaurants and a bar and the staff are all friendly. I had a ski injury on the first day and the manager really looked after me, finding me a doctor and giving me lifts and setting aside an area I can work in the morning whilst my husband was out skiing.

Great hotel. Lenzerheide is a wonderful ski town. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to reach shops, restaurants, bus station, ski lifts, etc.

It is very good and comfortable hotel. We can do many activity surounding. Beautiful scenery.

Our 2nd time staying at Lenzerhorn hotel. Staff is amazing, location can't be beat, good restaurant options, within walking to shops, grocery, nearby lake and hiking.

Lovely hotel with a great location for outdoor activities like hiking & biking. Room was very spacious and had a couch and two chairs. I am puzzled though, why the TV doesn't match the room size (felt like an iPad). I missed having a small refrigerator in the room.
