Hotel is relatively close by to the airport and has 24 hour reception

In need of refurbishment. Not even a plastic cup in the bathroom for water. TV could not work as the aerial was broken. Certainly not as shown on the website and will definitely not stay again. Other U.K. guests felt the same. One couple had to share a bath towel as only one was available!!

Hotel is ok for overnight if you want a value for money stay before getting early morning flight from airport. Taxi transfers are not cheap considering the distance from hotel to airport.

Linen nice and clean, bed comfortable. Fridge didn’t work, no plug in bidet, shower filled up as the drain was blocked, and debris started coming out. To call it basic would be an understatement, it was like a prison cell, not even a drinking glass. Brown smears on bathroom wall (I hope it was chocolate but didn’t investigate further!) overpriced at 71€ p night. Either start cleaning the place or charge 30€ p night!

If you're booking this hotel for COSMOPROF, beware, to factor in at least half an hour, if not 45 minutes in the mornings, to just find a taxi and a further half an hour to get to the exhibition. The rooms at the hotel are tired and inconsistent. We had booked 2 rooms, for myself and my colleague, no bottled water or towels in my colleagues room, nor a telephone to contact reception. Poor internet connection so not suitable for doing any work. But worst of all was arriving in Bologna, Central Train Station, no taxi, and having to take a 30 minute bus journey, to be dropped off a 10 minute walk from the hotel, in pitch dark, and pulling luggage in the streets for 10 minutes to get to hotel and then walk a further 10 minutes to get to nearest restaurant. We give 5* to the night and day reception staff as well as the breakfast room staff as they were wonderful and made our stay very welcoming so a BIG thank you to them.

Everything needed for a business hotel stay. It was very basic but clean, the staff were friendly and it was convenient. The only thing that goes against it was the pre arrival information on Hotels.com - the reception is open 24/7 not up until 10.30pm as stated, this caused us a bit of worrying when we took an while to get out of the airport but there wasn’t a problem.

The rooms does not meet standard. Not worth the money paid. The place is only 5mins from the airport and ask the hotel to prebook you taxi they charge me a ridiculous prices. I will rather stay far 💯 and get a genuine cab and not a rip off because you're a tourist as i was charge €24 for 5mins journey.

Just what we needed and a cheap price. Reception guys were very nice.

Handy for airport no frills

We booked this hotel because our flights to Bologna were cancelled from earlier in the day, and we arrived much later into Bologna than planned. Even though we arrived around 3 am the hotel front desk was staffed and our check-in went smoothly. This was a basic hotel room - ok bed, clean bathroom (which is very important) - it did the job and we were there only for around 6 hours before leaving for the remaining part of our trip. The front desk staff in the morning called a cab for us to take us to the airport, so that was great. This was a good option for us since we didn't have time or the opportunity to search for other hotels, and we wanted one close to the airport.

Air con not working, toilet constantly leaking water in bowl, couldn’t connect to WI/FI.

We were greeted by an abusive staff who, when asked a question, respond Ed. We are a 3 star hotel. Absolutely do not stay here

Staff was very helpful during the day, but the night receptionist unfortunately fought with me for quite some time because I didnt make a proper taxi time reservation. Insinuating i needed to pay for 2 taxis When i refused, he ended up canceling the other one since i showed up 45minutes before. In a nutshell terrible way to start the morning. The hotel is low quality but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are made of thin paper. I could hear absolutely everything that was going on my floor even with my earplugs on. With people coming and going from the airport i could barely sleep.

Why stay anywhere else? This is the most convenient (5mins & €15.00 from the airport by taxi outside) and best ever value you can get in Bologna - clean & fresh room with bathroom, shower, aircon plus free WiFi. Ok so it's basic, but with really friendly and uber helpful staff it's just refreshing. Must have the best value '&B' deal as well (I think €3-4 extra) available from 0700-1000hrs. There's an out of hours area with coffee and snacks vending m/c you can sit at too, nothing flash just clean, new and easy. If you want a bar and more expensive hotel facilities it's not for you, but for value, ease and friendly stop over it's an absolute no brainer. Also a car hire desk in the reception (targetrent.it). Hotel is recently under new ownership and refurbishment, I I don't doubt it will be a roaring success. Good luck!

The hotel was great for a short stay as it was easily accessible to head into the city, easy commute into Bologna central square . As as for the hotel , the bathroom was lovely but room looked nothing like the photographs it had no fridge , no option to order room service and the lift was very tiny where you can fit 2-3 people. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a sheet as a cover and no duvet or even headboard for the bed. Very tiny television , really could have had a fridge too keep drinks cool after a long day in the hot city. WiFi was awful , kept dropping out . We got fresh towels daily, and the staff at front desk were lovely.

The place is nothing like the pictures. It’s absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t even stay there and had to get another hotel for the night. I want a full refund. This is false advertising at best

Short 1 night stay for business. The hotel is functional and no frills which was fine for the short time I had to spend there. Basic and clean.
