The food was good quantity, quality just ok. Reception very friendly

For the price it’s not a bad hotel—not perfect, but a great location. The hotel has 166 rooms, is right on the beach and has several pools, a tennis court and they serve microbrew beer at the pool (so far so good!). A good many of the rooms have a view of the beach and the ocean (if you ask, the front desk will do their best to accommodate you if your booking did not include this). The space could be better used. While they have some lovely antiques scattered about and the restaurant where breakfast is served has a wonderful view overlooking the beach, there are several bars and lounge areas that appear to have used to have servers that are just used for seating. The hotel in general needs a bit of TLC (there are some problems of mold, but nothing outrageous) and there is no room service after 10 PM. We were here for Christmas vacation and the hotel was packed, but there was still adequate parking on site. Some earlier commenters noted that the hotel is a bit far from town, but it only cost about R$25 by taxi to get there, so if that’s a deal breaker, then this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise the staff were, generally, very pleasant and mostly all were helpful.

This hotel is very accommodating and location on the beach was beautiful. To get to Natal or Ponte Negra requires a cab, so be prepared to pay for that... but not an inhibitor from me staying here again. Staff was GREAT!

Obviously a lovely hotel 20+ years ago, but VERY run down now. Despite the bad reviews ,we stayed 2 nights during the World Cup because there were not many accommodations for 3 adults in Natale for the US game. We paid almost $300 US per night and thought the price outrageous. The beds were marginally comfortable and the plumbing worked. The location is right on a beautiful beach and the breakfast was great and varied.

Very dirty and old hotel for the price. Towels were old and dirty, WI-FI was not working at all. A/C did not work. Elevators not working. One of the Worst experiences.

The hotel is offered as 4 star, but I would rank it 2.

Quarto muito bom, única coisa que peça é na variedades dos petiscos servidos, todo dia é a mesma coisa.

As instalações são antigas, mas confortáveis. Atendimento muito bom.

O quarto estava em boas condições. As piscinas menores estavam sujas, apenas a piscina principal que estava limpa. A comida era ok. O atendimento dos funcionários foi mais ou menos.

Refeição

Fui em uma viagem com marido e casal de amigos. Pior hotel que já fiquei. Tanto que decidimos mudar de hotel em menos de 24h de estadia. Não tinha como ficar. Desagradável! Horrível! Fotos não condiz com a realidade em nada! Fio dental e palito de dente usados no banheiro, chuveiro frio, pouca água, vaso sujo. Piso manchado. Papel higiênico uma lixa. Poucas opções no café e pão era uma tábua. Quarto sujo, frigobar encardido com borracha solta. Cofre sem cadeado e enferrujado. Roupa de cama com mal cheiro. Espelho descascando. Móveis estufados. Infiltração na parede. Porções na piscina ruins, buffet ruim, até o arroz parecia requentado no almoço. Decepção. Não buscava luxo, apenas mínimas condições de estadia.

Quanto a acessibilidade fica a desejar, não funcionava os elevadores, tinha muita escada e para quem estava com bebê de colo ficava muito delicado o deslocamento, no mais a comida era boa, bebida farta e petiscos bons.

Embora a estrutura esteja um pouco antiga e precisando de algumas reformas, não atrapalha em nada a experiência, custo benefício muito bom pela proposta de all inclusive. A comida estava muito boa, mas Poderia melhorar um pouco a variação do cardápio.

O hotel é muito antigo, instalações muito simples, os quartos amplos mas muito deteriorados, comida péssima. Quando acaba a comida mais procurada, não tem reposição constante. Repõe 1x e diz que acabou. Os quartos são de frente a um salão de eventos que eles alugam, no fim de semana, tem barulho de show à noite inteira, impossível dormir.

Atendimento excelente.

Já tinha ido outras vezes, houve algumas melhorias, mas ainda muito a melhorar ....
