Very antiquated hotel. The bathroom sink is at the entrance to the room while the separate shower had no light, a square dark box.

Property is aged and not very well updated

Everything was perfect nice location and walkable for many of the attractions and there is s bus stop just in front of the hotel and a metro station 1 minute walk, staff very friendly and always very helpful specially Elusca and the others. Although I do have a recommendation the breakfast should have more variety and in the rooms there should be a long mirror for you to look at yourself after getting dressed up. But everything other than that 10/10.

Did not like the design of the room. Everything else was fine

First of all, I want to emphasize that the staff was very friendly, but the hotel is in terrible condition. The bathroom needs repairs, as even though they clean it, it still looks dirty. There's no wardrobe; instead, there's a structure on the wall that will completely collapse if you hang too many clothes on it. The only visible mirror is the one in the bathroom. The trash can was broken, and we had to bring our own bags to dispose of the garbage. Overall, I find it disrespectful that we were rented a hotel in this state. We paid over $1200 for 5 days, and they should offer better services.

Great location, clean room, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast sufficient, nice little touch with free tea and coffee and water throughout the day

Staff employees were courteous and helpful. Location was perfect, centric, close to train stations and places of interest such as Plaza Mayor. Free coffee and tea are a plus. Room needs some improvements, tiles right outside of the shower were loose.

Nice shower and comfy bed but room little tired in some areas

One of the best continental breakfasts we've had in 14 years of international travel. Wide variety of food from fresh fruit to panninis and a coffee maker that makes a very decent cappuccino. The staff is excellent and very helpful in pointing out places to go and calling a taxi for us to get to the airport timely (and what an experience is the Madrid airport -- give yourself extra time to get through security and to take the tram to the international gates).

The location was great, the front desk employees were always friendly and ready to help. The room was clean.

The hotel was good value for the central area . Reception, cleaning was excellent. The breakfasts were an extra €9 each and limited but ok. The weather outside was cold and it took a while for the room to heat up with the air con and separate electric wall heater but was then fine.The view from the window was disappointing but quiet.
