Room included breakfast which is pretty good but not great. There is a decent size grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was safe during the day, Found one place to eat within walking distance, kind of an open air pub, it was ok. One coffee shop within distance which was good. I never did leave the hotel at night, but area seems fairly safe relatively speaking. Staff was very friendly and always had someone who could speak enough English. WiFi was available free and is a good Hi speed connection when available. 50% of the time it is rock solid and 50% of the time is touch and go. Has Both 220V and 110V outlets in the room. Easy to catch a taxi here, just go out front and wave at them when they go by. Overall it was ok, but I find a different place next time to Porto Alegre.

This hotel is right on the bus line which offer easy access to all the interesting places in the city. To get to the hotel from the airport, I recommend you take a taxi right outside the airport, but not contract on at the desk inside. This way you spend about 10 fewer reales (about $5 less). Therefore you can expect to pay between 21 and 31 reales to get there.

Reservei o hotel com bastante antecedência e fiz questão de deixar uma observação no momento da reserva solicitando um quarto em um andar silencioso, justamente porque estava na cidade para realizar um concurso no dia seguinte e precisava descansar e estudar. Ao chegar, fui acomodada em um quarto de frente para uma avenida extremamente movimentada, com paredes muito finas — era possível ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado — e, para piorar, o quarto ficava praticamente em frente ao elevador, com barulho constante de pessoas e portas. Depois de bastante tempo e insistência, conseguiram trocar o quarto, mas infelizmente o problema das paredes finas continuou, o que tornou a noite muito complicada. Não consegui descansar como precisava, o que foi especialmente frustrante considerando o motivo da minha estadia. Foi uma experiência bem negativa e, infelizmente, não voltaria a me hospedar.

O atendimento e o café da manhã são muito bons. O ar condicionado do quarto é muito antigo e não gelava o suficiente, para o tamanho do espaço.

Equipe muito boa e atenciosa.

A estádia foi muito boa, o café estava bom e com um bom atendimento. Só a questão do estacionamento não estava específicado que tinha que pagar a parte.
