They don’t accept credit cards except when you pay the commission!!!

Needed a safe, clean and quiet place to sleep for a few hours before our flight from Beirut. Staff in the lobby were attentive and accommodating, they got me a spot to park my rental infront of the hotel entrance.

Lobby is neat but floor hallway is not presentable. Nasty carpet with damaged walls. Room is small but clean. Bed is ok cheap mattress for a big hotel. Tiny tv in the room and the little fridge is hardly cooling. Bathroom and hot water is good. Overall not bad for a hotel in Lebanon.

Excelente hotel.

First of all the staff. Both the night and day front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful with a sincere smile at all times. At the breakfast the servers were courteous and ready to help. Speaking of breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. Clean and many of traditional and delicious lebanese food on the buffet. The coffee station has a variety of flavors and style, that would satisfy any taste. Our room was freshly remodeled, with modern style. Although a little small, it served well the purpose of our stay. All in all it was a very nice and pleasant stay.

No parking, construction inside the building at 8 o'clock in the morning

Staff is amazing! They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Very clean facilities. Only complaint is WiFi was poor and no amenities in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again though.

Mildew on shower curtains, black dust and debris falls from ceiling fans in bathrooms soaked with humidity and fly everywhere, balcony doors do not close well so wind blows in from both sides, safe boxes do not work and needed a technician to open them every single rime. Refrigerators in rooms are so old and do not work. The rooms are very small that one can barely move around. Wi-Fi very weak signal all the time. Old furniture and extremely uncomfortable pillows ( high like mountains and firm as rocks). Breakfast buffet very poor, same dry bread from previous day and even hot items were barely warm. Very poor management and would strongly discourage the stay in it. We booked the hotel as a non-smoking facility but ended up inhaling heavy smoke from the next door customer. Management preferred to move us rather than the other guest because they did not wish to upset her since she was staying there on a long term basis. In a reservation of 7 nights we ended up being moved three different times!!!
