A bit difficult to find but room was nice for our stay. Very clean and updated throughout. Would definitely stay here again

Good location, helpful staff, reasonable price, part( 3rd floor) of an old building. The only negative is lack of an elevator but ( unless you have a lot of heavy luggage) is manageable,

Interior appears to be recently renovated. Very clean and quiet in room from any street noise. Friendly welcoming receptionist. Easy access to metro (subway). Immediate surroundings are a bit run down but otherwise, we were very satisfied with the value of this small hostel.

This hotel was a bit disappointing in the small things, although overall it was clean and the basics were fine. It's the basic bed, with packet of shampoo and small towel sort of place; clean but basic. The hotel staff was not particularly helpful -- nor is there a printer in the whole hotel to print out boarding passes, etc. -- and the entrance is up two flights of stairs from the street. But it was in a great neighborhood, the price was very reasonable, and if you understand the place is basic but clean and pleasant, you will be fine.

Good Hostal, good location. Just take in consideration that it is locatrd in a Third floor. If you have so much baggage maybe is not the best option, however they can help you with the bags. i think it is a nice place and the service is really good. I recommend it, it is a affordable option at two blocks of Gran Via Avenue.

Small quiet and comfortable place. Very close to metro and most major attractions. Very polite and friendly staff.

Abami II is very well situated, at about 15 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and 2 minutes walk from Gran Via street where all the shopping happens. The rooms look brand new and the size is good. There is no bath but the shower is perfect. The only downside is that you can hear your neighbour talking in the next room. The people do their best to help you if you have a question. Overall we really liked our stay at this hotel. If you have a mobility problem you might want to know that there is a lot of steps to climb to get to the hotel. We don't know if there is an elevator, we haven't ask.

Hotel is identified only by a small sign on the inside of one side of the portal, and buildings on this street do not have numbers. The "hotel" is a group of rooms two floors (60 steps) up from the street. No elevator. Not for older or infirm travelers.

The hotel is in an ordinary street a little too far from where you want to be. The rooms are good value for money and overall it is OK, but the staff are very unfriendly.

On the pluss. - very central - very very friendly and helpful people. - rooms very tidy and new On the minus. - a bit noisy in the night. From outside and from nabo.(thin walls). - no smoke-alarm All in all very good value :-)

My children and I were highly delighted with this quiet facility. The rooms were clean, had a friendly staff and it is conveniently located. Despite no elevator, everything else was GREAT!

We really liked the Abami II. The location is good (not hard to find, even if you are not familiar with Madrid). We used the metro and didn't have to worry about a taxi. The room was nice, clean, modern-feeling. The only thing to be prepared for is hefting your suitcases up several flights of stairs as there is no elevator. I would recommend this place to a budget-savvy traveler.
