Enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is very clean and cute. Staff is excellent and extremely helpful. Hotel is next toa Cafe that serves breakfast w coffee for under 5.00 The only thing to note is IF you are sensitive to noises, ask for a room away from the front. Other than that. Place is great!

Location was ideal for exploring and walking around Serville, lots of good places to eat within 5 mins walk.

The location is excellent walking distance to all major tourist sites, public transportation and shopping streets. Safe neighbourhood even at late hours. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They facilitated my late check in after hours due to flight delays and it went well. Prior to that, I had tried several times to contact them through the email option on Hotels.com but the email was not answered. The telephone number listed did not go through either. They finally reached out though WhatsApp. I think they can improve by establishing clear contact information. The room was clean and satisfactory. Unfortunately the air conditioning is not independent in each room. I thought it was not working but was informed that it is centralised. The climate in the room was not comfortable since the window is facing an interior atrium and not exterior of the building. I hope this can be improved especially for the hotter months. They have a nice roof top terrace with great views. It was a great place to cool off and relax when my room got too stuffy.

One or our rooms had no ventilation, the single window faced inner courtyard that was capped by a glass roof. We were not allowed to run the air conditioner as it had not been turned on yet for the whole building. I didn't like the fact that there is no one at the reception desk overnight. Otherwise, very clean with basic necessities.

Hotel is room only, no restaurant facilities. Room did have a kettle and a few tea bags/coffee sachets. Only comment about the room, 312, was it could do with an extra electrical socket by the bed as other sockets not in convenient places in the room for charging all the array of gadgets visitors now carry with them. Lovely roof terrace overlooking the square and local church. Sadly the weather was not kind so it was rather wet. Great location for exploring – 10 mins to the centre. Fantastic breakfast place on the corner 2 mins walk away, very typically Spanish and terrific vibe and cheap!

Definitely doesn’t get cleaned properly or at all. Surfaces were dusty and had stains when I got there and even after the cleaners came in nothing changed except the bed getting made and towels replaced despite bringing this to the hotels attention.

Perfect location!

Old room, no window except to the window the reception area, where people are checking in and out and going in and out of hotel, noisy, we had a long night so the kids needed to sleep a bit longer passed 9, but there were people talking all the time, and when I sent a message asking them to please keep it down, the front desk guy got really angry and became rude, and although he had told us the night before that we can leave our bags after check out because we had a long day, he started rudely stating we can’t anymore, and saying u checked out 20 minutes late, the cleaner was busy doing other rooms anyway and he had knocked 10 minutes ago only. Will never come here again.

Check in was easy with self check in options and the location was great!!

What a beautiful old hotel in Seville! Have a look at the pictures to see the lovely tile work. Hotel Baco is in a great location for transportation and walkability to shops and other historical locations. There are excellent tapas restaurants located very near the hotel. The rooms are clean, well appointed with comfortable beds, closet and clean bathroom.

Small but well presented. No lift.

Near setas. Excellent place for a variety of tapas and meals nearby. Walkable to everything. Bus out front to train station

The choice of TV channels could be very much improved.
