Excelente servicio, linpieza y atenciones en general! Hacen que el Huésped se sienta confortable!

Hotel common areas clean and tidy. Room was dated but comfortable enough. Bathroom was very basic. Noisy neighbours and road noise but ear plugs helped. Very helpful staff, was given early check in. 10 min walk to restaurants and super market. 25 mins to falls and airport in uber.

We had a good experience with this hotel. My room was a little musty smelling but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s no fan in the bathroom. The pool was lovely! The rooms were quiet. The breakfast was really fantastic. Staff was helpful. They were not all bilingual so sometimes we had to wait because we also weren’t bilingual.

What is extremely great value for the price? The staff and accommodations were excellent. Nabil’s restaurant is fabulous food and is a five minute walk

The hotel is located in a nice area, we felt safe walking around, etc. Our room smelled terrible, it was ok, but the property is very old

A good place to stay; however the elevators are funky design. Slight risk if you are waiting for elevators

Would stay there again. Economic local buffet restaurant attached to hotel. Tour desk for famous restaurant show and Iguazú booking. Full buffet breakfast. Big swimming pool. Outside view from room was street, but it was good for checking the weather. Extra shower nozzle next to comode not strong, but worked. Need more Uber drivers, but good for trips to see JL Shopping. Left valuable in room and hotel honest and holding for pickup or delivery. Front desk knowledgeable and attentive.

The room was clean but it lacked a few items in the room. There was no kettle to make coffee or tea and there was no iron to touch up our clothes. Most average hotels have these items. Also the towels were very stiff.

hotel dated as most Brazilian hotels. Room spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom cleanliness could be better, Hair’s and stained towels. Breakfast very good. Hotel has an onsite buffet restaurant but not owned by hotel so you have to pay cash. This restaurant is cheap but food quality not so great. Pool area nice and clean. Generally a budget hotel with reasonable prices and no frills. Quality matched the cheap price paid.

The pool and outside facilities were great. The location not too bad, but streets outside very noisy at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
