I arrived around 11 AM and was told the room wasn’t available. Because I was extremely tired after + 12 hours of flying, I insisted and was offered the room for an additional ~$75. It was the same room, not an upgrade, which made it feel like the room was already ready and that it was more about not allowing early access. I understand early check-in policies and that it’s up to the hotel. However, considering it wasn’t that early, it wasn’t high season, and I’m a repeat guest, I feel the situation could have been handled differently.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Installations are beautiful yet they do not reflect one bit the quality of the service they offer, particularly for tourist. They advertise their dinning place to be open at the 20th hour (which is 8 pm). I went there, and waited for 30 minutes until someone finally approached me and told me (with a rude tome) "we are close!" I replied, but you guys have it advertised everywhere that it is open at 8 pm. "I said we are closed." . Another instance was, after waiting for over 50 minutes for a Salmon, I inquired about the status of my order, the waitress with a rude tone said... All meals took over 1 hour to be served since the moment the order was taken and even when we were less than 2 or 5 customers (at worst), 1 meal took 1,5 hour and I decide to leave. Local area is away from the city center therefore you do not have many walk-distance options. Make sure you carry local currency because to use your Credit Card is simply a nightmare. I stayed here this time because the event was being held here, yet I would not come back to this hotel. There are some hotel reps who are ok in offering quality of service, yet, the majority are not. They are rude when they react to any complaint. They are not there to help you solve any incident, they do not even have the right attitude. I normally rate all my stays as "great." This one is a big fail, even when the hotel looks fabulous.

It was the first time i was staying at Pullman hotel in Rosario and i was really taken back by the level of service and facilities of the hotel. I would surely be staying here in future whenever i get a chance.

Great hotel with fantastic amenities. However, a little far from the town center. The restaurant and food options are lacking nearby and you would expect in Argentina to eat some of the best food. The service at the bar was poor and the taxi service took forever. However the hotel is gorgeous and the pool area fantastic!

Everything is fine except the breakfast. Which should improve as there is no variety. Hot foods are always cold. The desserts are hard Or old. It seems that they keep the same sweets from the previous day and they offer them again the next day. I could not enjoy any of the breakfasts. Very upset by the free breakfast. Very bad compared to the standard of other hotels in the world. For everything else the reception staff was very attentive. The same the rooms are good and clean. Exacepto the first day you notice that the pillow cases had the smell of someone else's perfume and you can see that they were not changed in their entirety. And I had to sleep to endure that smell all night. The next day if they changed the pillow case and noticed that the smell of woman perfume of the previous guest disappeared. I hope to have a next stay much better since the hotel is good and well located. But it is unfortunate that you have a bad breakfast and ignore these cleaning details.

The first thing one notices about this place is that, despite being located quite a few miles from the center of Rosario, it proudly bears the slogan City Center in its name. That's a classic case of English being employed for purely decorative purposes, since this is essentially a hotel attached to a casino. Since I wanted a hotel in the center of the city of Rosario and was a little surprised to find I was a 20-minute drive from everywhere I needed to be, this wasn't funny. I never tried the casino, so I can't report on that. What I can say is that I asked three separate times for a plug converter, and although I was never told they didn't have one, it certainly never appeared. All plugs are in the most inflexible 3-pronged arrangement (unlike older Argentine hotels, which accommodate the 2-point converters). Make sure you call ahead for a taxi in the mornings, because mine took nearly 15 minutes to arrive to take me to the airport, but that's probably because I was so far away, in City Center.

Great staff. Spent very little time here due to a delayed flight but the staff helped me to make arrangements.

The hotel is perfect for people who like to gamble in the casino. Service is very friendly and quickly.

It's a great hotel if you want to relax and be far away from the city. But on a business trip it is a bit far from the city

Excellent hotel. Located in the City Center campus as a Casino and 3 restaurants. Only negative thing i can say is it's about 30 min. away from Downtown, so you must take a taxi into DT. but Taxi rates are pretty reasonable and taxis are fairly easy to get in front of Casino. If traveling from US, make sure you take a power converter, since they dont have any at hotel. Hotels offers excellent workout facilities, so definitely take advantage of that.

The Pullman Hotel was the best thing about our trip to Rosario. The hotel was luxurious and the staff was extremely attentive.
