Clean room and the staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel was aged but well maintained. Location was adequate. Staff were friendly. Bed was older but bedding was clean.

Service was excellent. The hair dryer in the room was not working and the service rep on duty delivered another one to me within 5 minutes. The manager, Preet Josan was very accommodating when I arrived a little early for check-in which was very appreciated because I had a health meeting at 12:30 at the hospital.

Friendly staff. Property and room is dated, our floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Room was clean.

Yes, the room was great, the staff was great. Taman did an excellent job of taking care of us when the room was so cold - bringing a blanket and a heater. My husband feels the cold because of his condition so the extra heat was very welcome.

First of all, the staff here are wonderful. The best thing though, for me anyway, is the nice, deep soaker bathtubs they have. Kind of looks like a sketchy area, but I haven't had any problems there (and I've stayed here multiple times).
